Best Western Helena/Capitol Hotel

The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also nice. Thank you!

Kitchen is under repair, so full breakfast was not available. Breakfast was basic rolls, fruit, and a few other items. Adequate, but not what we were expecting.

Free breakfast everyday was very nice! The staff was kind to understand everything (especially us coming in late), and were very kind.

Clean, quiet room

Our room, the exterior of the facility, and the entire interior was extremely clean. Staff were friendly and professional. They offered every TV option imaginable including all streaming services on the big screen TV in our single queen room. The continental breakfast offered a surprisingly large amount of options. There was a lot of food, even for us gluten free people. Our room was quiet and had all the amenities we needed such as a fridge, microwave, and coffeemaker. We really enjoyed the location as it is close to the capitol, restaurants, museum, gas stations, etc. We will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Everyone on the staff were super nice and helpful. The restaurant is under renovation, but the free continental was great for not having a kitchen. We will stay there again on our next visit.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly. We just didn’t have shampoo or soap for the shower. Other than that it was very nice.

Location was ideal, the woman at check-in was extremely friendly and helpful, the accommodations were great—clean and comfortable. Just needed two coffee pods vs one that was not tea or decaf.

I would recommend this hotel to my friends. The hotel was more than what I expected. Everything in it was very good. The only thing I would say to make it better is to improve the quality of breakfast.

I would probably stay here again though. It is in a very good location for where we needed to go.
