Check-in staff was preoccupied and not helpful. The hotel is a bit difficult to navigate and it’s not very clean. The beds are not comfortable and what is considered to be the breakfast option wasn’t mentioned to us until we were leaving.

Good location, the sink didn't drain well. Reported on our departure, desk clerk was very attentive to this issue. Said they would check on it. Water pressure not great in shower. Beds are in need of updating. Property was very nice and help was very courteous.

Breakfast wasn’t great but everything else was clean.

The 3 bed room was nice set up. Thr floors were dirty even after they came in and mopped, the room smelled like mold, had to leave windows open. There was no pool, breakfast was 90% microwave food, no hot breakfast. I.was excited to stay there but I won't go back

The property is well maintained. Breakfast choices were good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The facility is pet friendly but there was no place to take your dog to go to the bathroom.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable, the breakfast was good. Clean space.

Good beds, clean, nice breakfast Wrong night selected. Booking says it’s my fault, the hotel’s says it’s the third party’s fault. Because no one can help me. So the room sits empty tonight. And I’m out over $350 bucks

The staff were all very helpful and friendly. My room was clean and efficiently laid out. Not luxurious but tidy, clean and friendly place for an overnight stay which included breakfast too.

The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean and quiet. The breakfast was a very good continental spread with lots of options. The front desk staff and breakfast room staff were friendly and helpful.

Part of hotel had been flooded.our breakfast was more of a continental style.poor donuts, poor frozen burritos. Breakfast was not good. Never did get the remote to work for the tv.was told a tech person was going to check into what was wrong. That didnt happen while we where there.

I’m a picky eater and I did not care for much of the food that was offered. I liked the banana bread.

The coffee maker in the room didnt work. The curtain was broken so the streetlight outside shined into the room all night. The tv had to be programmed with my streaming passwords to get anything to work. That took about 20 minutes….. There was no breakfast service that we could find. Not great for the price!!!

My concern is, when we checked in I was charged $100.00 above the hotel room fee, in a separate transaction. I was assured it would be immediately put back in my account, a similar charge to a deposit when you buy gas at the pump. After checking out today, I was told fees were not deducted until after the check out process was completed. I have checked my account this evening and the charges have been deducted from my account but the $100.00 has still not been refunded, and there was an additional unknown charge for $6.00. Please look into this for me and respond ASAP. I am not very happy with this situation at all.

Staff was friendly, helpful, and courteous. The fitness center across the street was excellent. The air conditioning unit kept the room at our optimum temperature.

Clean, good location The restaurant was closed for renovations. This should have been disclosed when making the reservation, not after I arrived and paid. One of the main reasons I selected the hotel was the claimed hot breakfast and location.

Clean, comfortable room. Good location close to Capitol Building, shops, restaurants etc.

Staff was very pleasant! The family room was perfect!
