Best Western Helena/Capitol Hotel

Though they were severely understaffed- all the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The room was clean and well made and location was easy to get to next to a lot of food options and major streets.

From the beginning check-in to the clean rooms and the very comfortable beds to our check-out everything at the Best Western in Helena MT was excellent and I would stay there again in a minute. They also had a great free breakfast!

In walking distance to the Capitol, hotel was quiet, beds were comfy. Would stay again.

We were given a room where the door lock was previously broken by force, and not fixed properly. They shouldn’t have given out the room. The staff did help immediately by upgrading us to a better room.

Staff were very helpful. Room was decent and clean. That said, the hotel is in need of an overall upgrade. The lady overseeing the morning breakfast was extremely nice, but the layout of the breakfast was very odd (they may be remodeling the breakfast area).

Kitchen is under repair, so full breakfast was not available. Breakfast was basic rolls, fruit, and a few other items. Adequate, but not what we were expecting.

Free breakfast everyday was very nice! The staff was kind to understand everything (especially us coming in late), and were very kind.

Clean, quiet room

Our room, the exterior of the facility, and the entire interior was extremely clean. Staff were friendly and professional. They offered every TV option imaginable including all streaming services on the big screen TV in our single queen room. The continental breakfast offered a surprisingly large amount of options. There was a lot of food, even for us gluten free people. Our room was quiet and had all the amenities we needed such as a fridge, microwave, and coffeemaker. We really enjoyed the location as it is close to the capitol, restaurants, museum, gas stations, etc. We will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Everyone on the staff were super nice and helpful. The restaurant is under renovation, but the free continental was great for not having a kitchen. We will stay there again on our next visit.

Very helpful staff at front desk Nothing

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly. We just didn’t have shampoo or soap for the shower. Other than that it was very nice.

Toilet ran and refilled all night. No water pressure in the shower. Elevator smelled like stinky feet

The rooms were very clean and comfortable! This place made our short stay in Helena so much more enjoyable! I can't stress enough how awesome the front staff was! Giving us suggestions on things to do and places to see! Always a cheerful good morning or friendly hellos when we returned, asking about our day. DEFINITELY A 100 * REVIEW!!!
