Residence Inn by Marriott Helena

Good

Breakfast was great! Also, we felt very welcome with our two dogs. Everyone was so helpful!!

Very nice hotel but the pool and hot tub have been closed for numerous months!!!

Great breakfast, and they always had infused water, and hot coffee in the lobby. Would highly recommend. The staff were all wonderful as well. Thanks for making our stay awesome

We had a great experience staying at the Marriott with our family. We stayed overnight during our long road trip from the U.S. back to Canada, and it was the perfect place to rest and recharge. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and we all had a good night’s sleep after a long day of driving. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

Staff was good, room was spacious and well set up. It wasn’t as clean as we’d hoped it would be. There was hair in the drawers of the bathroom vanity, some dirty walls and we found a sock by the bed upon arrival. Otherwise, our stay was mostly quiet and comfortable.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, bed was very comfortable

Nice staff but the biggest frustration I had was having to talk to tech support for over 20 minutes to get connected to the internet. The refrigerator was really loud!

I liked the comfort of the king sized bed, the quiet environment and the variety of TV channels. The breakfast was very poor quality and the eggs and turkey sausage had an extremely dissatisfying flavor. For the high price of the evening’s stay, I expected more. The last two times we have tried to stay here, the pool and hot tub were out of order. Again, for the high price of the evening’s stay, it was not worth it!

This time we were not advised until after we booked a non refundable room that the pool and jacuzzi were unavailable. It looks like they are completely und ready renovation so it’s not a one off. It would be nice if that was listed before you make a non refundable reservation.

Location was nice. Very clean. Very welcoming staff. Good breakfast options. Clean room. Felt wonderful after other hotels. All good

Staff was amazing, property was great and good breakfast options.

Room was clean but no hand soap was left in the room and the body soap dispenser in the shower was empty so I had to use shampoo to wash my hands

The facility provides daily breakfast and there is a small kitchen in the unit. It helps us because one of our guests did not like to eat out. The room is comfortable and clean and has enough space for everyone to enjoy!

great breakfast

Everything was super good, only other downfall was a high fee for having a dog in the room even when we were only in the room from 6pm - 9:30 am. But thats what happens when you travel with pets.

Great breakfast!
