In my opinion it is average at best. In my opinion it is just an average motel. It is located on a main thoroughfare, and our room placement was very noisy. We did not find the mattresses to be comfortable. The breakfast was well-prepared, but the products were not top quality. For example, the sausage patties and links lacked flavor. The bacon was very greasy, and the sausage gravy was mediocre in my opinion. There was no fitness room. There were no outdoor chairs that we could find. The room needed some minor cosmetic work.

Biggest issue is ventilation in the rooms. Screens on windows would help to eliminate stale air.

Shower head was over 7 feet from floor, shooting water onto the back wall of the shower, leaking all over the floor. As short people, we could hardly get showered. The toilet flusher was a strong commercial flush mechanism. When you flushed, it was like a jet engine... and loud. When we checked out, I had to wait more than five minutes for someone to show up at the counter. When she got there, she was still holding an unlit cig in her hand. Oh... and NO elevator. We're 70, but made it OK to floor 2. But the lady who checked in before us... I doubt she had the same experience, and she was not happy. Best Western really needs to review its standards to be a franchisee. Will likely not book a BW again.
