Très bien belle endroit parfait
-
It was good just the room was very noisy in the little humid felt wet
-
Did not have it. Good hotel , just what I was looking for

The room was clean except for the floor panel was actually coming up off the floor and was actually cracking as I walked over it. which was pretty irritating. The Lady that helped me at the desk was nice. I just feel that someone should fix that floor panel before someone actually gets hurt. Or a little kid trips on it.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was great. Many things in the room need repair. There was an odor in the room it did go away when we turned on the AC. Fridge froze all my food. Toilet rocks when you sit on it. We only stayed for one night so it was manageable but definitely needs some improvement.

From check in to check out everything was great. Clean room, comfortable bed and it was a good location. It was very quiet. The guy at the front desk was very helpful. Plenty of parking. I would recommend this place and I would stay here again.

Front desk was very accommodating, requests were handled professionally and in a friendly manner.

everything Nothing

It was clean and close to where I needed to go n/a

One suggestion would be to be sure the doorway is cleaned extra carefully in the rooms that accommodate pets. There was an odor by the door prior to checking in that could have been eliminated if the doorway was cleaned extra carefully

While this is an older hotel, the rooms are very clean and spacious. The staff were also very helpful and nice. I called ahead of time to see if they could put our room near other guests who we were coming to see and were already there, but we would be arriving for a late check-in. The lady we spoke to on the phone was very friendly and helpful. When we arrived, the gentleman who checked us in was also extremely friendly. Breakfast was delicious. The room was huge, bed was comfortable, and the bathroom had great lighting. The only negative was that the a/c unit was noisy, but it did keep us cool in the August heat. For an older hotel, they have done a great job keeping it clean and updated. Fresh paint, good carpets and tiles, newer furniture. This was a great stay and we plan on booking with the same hotel the next time we come to town.

Clean, quite, great staff and good breakfast.cant do any better for the price! Nothing

The floor in my room was coming up and where it was coming up you could feel soft spots underneath. Also, the shower had no plastic shower curtain and the shower nozzle used means that water would soak through the cloth shower curtain and the floor and bath mat would be soaked. Dangerous to be stepping out onto a wet tile floor. And the toilet was wobbly.

For the price, the hotel was clean, but very old. In the fitness room, there was only one working cardio equipment - the two other were broken. There was only three cardio equipment in the fitness room. The breakfast did not give much selection. The only hot foods were waffles and an egg and sausage. Unfortunately, there was no off-road walking (ie, sidewalks) from the hotel.

great location, very friendly, helpful, had early coffee

Exceptional

Nice view. Mobility room was well planned. It was easy to switch between overhead and hand-held shower, but it required an agile or tall person. A wheelechair-bound visitor would need to call hotel staff to make the adjustment. Only problem: towels had 14% or more polyester, meaning they didn't wipe dry

I am really enjoying my stay

Overall, this hotel felt very sketchy. It’s surrounded by much nicer hotels that I would recommend instead. Honestly, you get what you pay for. The floor was cracked, the bathtub wouldn’t drain, and there were strands of hair from previous guests left in our room. Based on our experience, I would not recommend staying here.

The breakfast bar was bare and had an ant problem. There was hardly even coffee available.
