Room was easy to get to, quiet, and clean. Evening girl at check-in was polite and informative. The floor had a patched sticky tile that was sticky and noisy when walking in it. Shower head was very low hanging for tall people. Breakfast was not ready at 6am, like posted. Images online did not match the actual qualities of the room.

Place is clean but needs updating. Breakfast was standard, eggs, sausage, yogurt, cereal. It seems they are close to understaffed. There were 4 people standing in line at checkin, he needed to run to see if rooms were ready. We had a bed that when my husband turned over the frame squeaked.

Clean. Friendly staff. Easy check in and out. Close to downtown. Didn’t expect much, was pleasantly surprised.

We liked it a week earlier when the room was priced at $103, which reflected a just and reasonable value. This time the same room was $138, which was exaggerated for a room that was not clean or well finished. Old bathroom, difficult to open faucets, dirty bathroom floor and toilet

I like the location and all of staff were very helpful the room had a comfortable atmosphere i will stay again

.The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast featured many offerings. Love those waffles. I thought there would be a pool. Nope. I thought there would be guest laundry facilities. Nope. Our stay was for seven nights. Those features would have been useful.

The front staff super nice woman that checked us in was exceptional! Thank you, great location for our wedding pickup transportation! Lotion bottle in room was empty but bot a show stopper.

Very adequate room for an overnight stay - price was very reasonable and everything was as it should be!

Tv wasn't working in the gym so I opted out from working out inside and just worked out in the outdoors.

Breakfast was good I did not like the sausage that was served

It included breakfast and it was quiet The breakfast could be a little better, the eggs and sausage were cold both mornings of our stay. The floors in our room had not been mopped in a while.

150 Sugarloaf Rd, Hendersonville, NC 28792 - Location was good; in an area with other hotels - Breakfast was good - Room was clean and quiet - Room rate was good - Gym: Both elliptical and treadmill were out-of-order, which is a first for me at a hotel. Usually at least one of them is working. - Overall, if Gym equipment was functioning, 4 stars, but since this was an issue, I would give a rating of 3.5 stars.
