Leaving Customer service was terribly condescending, acted as if I was poor, very rude. Bothered by any questions and even told me to "deal with it or find a new hotel." The. Proceeded to talk over me to correct my wifes grammar, in which case my wifes grammar wasn't even wrong.

Close to everything. The room we stayed in had a hole in the wall. Bathroom door look like it had been in a flood.

Did not stay after seeing room I was assigned. Hotel looked in poor condition, did not feel safe there. They charge an additional $150.00 deposit if you do not have a car.

We had used the Econo Lodge approx 6 years ago, that's why we came back to have their amenitys. NO more. I think that they charged a $50 dollar damage deposit, because I used a off site hotel reservation, but not sure . But as of this date I have not seen a refund. We stayed 3 nights, and took photos the day we checked in of some of the damages with the room.
