The cleanliness of the hotel was fine. The breakfast was great! They didn't give me the room that I booked and paid for. They didn't tell me that when I was checking in. I had to find it out on my own. The staff wasnt very friendly except for the manager that I had to wait to speak to until the morning after I came. They blamed the room issue on Booking.com and said that I should have booked directly with them.

Breakfast was nice and glad to have yogurt and fruit options too. Husband is allergic to eggs so grits option would have been nice but we were only there 2 mornings so we made it work.

The person who helps with breakfast is very kind—I don't remember her name, but she is an older lady. Please say hello to her for me; I wasn't able to say goodbye to her. The sheets on my bed kept coming loose, and the air is very noisy.
