Never stay here

Avoid this motel at all costs. Was scared just to be in the parking lot. A total party location. Not a place for single travelers, kids, the elderly, it was scary. I never got out of the car or felt comfortable leaving my car.

Bed was relatively comfortable. A/C worked well. Terrible hotel with terrible management. Days Inn should pull their franchise for this hotel. This place offers nothing, not even coffee. The rooms are not stocked with adequate towels, tissues etc. Even the refillable mounted shampoo bottle was empty. Most of the time nobody is at the front desk. The hotel is run through a doorbell camera a vast majority of the time. It is so obvious that this hotel is trying to be run at the ABSOLUTE cheapest margin possible, and they are failing. Management (who I believe was the owner) likes to blame the customer for all of their failures. The TV signal kept cutting in and out. She blamed a loose wire and had the only other person I saw working at the place move the cable. Then blamed us for setting paperwork on the counter in front of the satellite box. Of course it was not repaired, and it was clear that fighting with management was moot. It was just not worth arguing with them because clearly we were operating the TV incorrectly because TV's always shut off at random times while watching them incorrectly. When my friend went to take his first shower there was not enough wash cloths. He went to the front desk and delt with the doorbell camera. They told him where the master key was (are you kidding me? That there is security!) then had him go on a scavenger hunt of empty rooms for a washcloth. We had to regrettably stay for two days due to their cancellation policy. They not only did not clean the room, but did not even give us clean towels. At 4:30pm I went to the front desk only to have to talk to the manager through the doorbell camera who told me she was a few minutes away. We feel confident (but can't prove) that these rooms are probably not even cleaned between guests considering the lack of employees and lack of adequate room prep. Management excuse was there one and only maid was out sick. Yet we still paid full price.

Easy access. My room was recently refurbished and was very nice, clean & quiet. I will stay there again when I'm in the area.

Amenities on the description listed breakfast and pool. We thought the pool would be good for the kids to burn off some energy after a long travel day. The pool was closed and the continental breakfast was non-existent!

No Weekend Breakfast as advertised. No alternative such as a discount coupon for a nearby restaurant. Extremely long truck blocking the handicapped parking space. When advised office of this they said to park somewhere else. Glas coffee carafe spout was broken, chipped & sharp, Toilet holder had spindle missing & toilet paper was balanced on the holder arm. Lobby picture shows as pretty but not able to access the lobby. They had a walk-up window instead. Very noisy there. Had to run tv to block out traffic noise. Will not ever stay at a Days Inn again.

We did not end up staying at this hotel and will get a refund. There was no lock on the door and the door would not shut completely when we arrived. No one would come to the front desk to help us when we went back and then argued about a refund and was EXTREMELY rude and hateful. Felt very unsafe.

Close to the freeway It wasn’t listed that it was under construction. When I pulled up I seen it i understood it. BUT… at 7 someone was still cutting and drilling. But the worst part , all of the bedding had stains on it. Sheets , pillow cases, blankets. All had black marks all over them. One of the pillows cases had a cigarette burn on it . The comforters were uncomfortable and had holes in them as well. I never leave bad reviews. But I was legit grossed out. I wouldn’t be surprised if we got bed bugs or something.

Property is well lit. Rooms remind me of an old motel 6, empty, simple, and bare, rather than cozy.

The location was decent Nothing about the stay was pleasant. I booked a king size non smoking room was told it wasn't available when I got there to check in. The hotel clerk was rude thevstaff was rude. Was charged a $50 fee after checking out when I called to asked about the charge they said it was for towels. I explained to them they were no towels in the room. and insisted on a refund for the bogus charge. They hung up on me. Tried calling back several times and continued to get hung up on. They are very unprofessional and the rooms are at best a 1 star.

Nothing, rude and uncaring, run by people who think that can do and say whatever they want and we are to like it.

Not much Management was rude didn’t look at booking and at first was not allow my service dog to stay intel I got feed up with there questions, what kind of dog, purpose of dog, I had to explain to them she is a medical dog to help me when I forget to take my medication for my cancer. Then I had to remind they the questions they were asking was not appropriate based of federal regulations for service animals.

The motel operator was unpleasant, breakfast was not provided, Tvs did not work. Some bulbs didn't work.

Absolutely nothing. There was holes in the walls, drywall patching that hadn't been sanded or painted. Weird face drawning on the back of the door. Rips in the sheets that looked like a rat had chewed on it. Pillows dirty and hair on the pillows and bed that had been made. Brown spots all on the bathtub. The whole experience was just horrible. The room was nasty. Definitely will not ever again get a room there.
