Everything was fine, except for the crazy amount of noise very late at night.
-
Great place but limited parking if they are full. Then you have to walk a good ways if you can't find a spot in front of the hotel.
-
Everything was good. The pool is open until 11:00 pm. Breakfast was at 6:30. Rooms were clean.

I’d definitely come back again . 1 of the better places I’ve stayed .

Great place great people thanks for your help 👍

Yikes, this is definitely not the hotel pictured. A pretty dumpy old hotel that really needs a makeover

Very disappointed in our 3 night stay with my husband and 2 younger sons. I can’t remember the last time I stayed at a best western so I guess it’s the classic “you get what you pay for”. Our room was so dirty - the floors had crumbs, wrappers, dust, dirt, Bobby pins. The walls had splattered something on them (maybe coffee?). The floors were so sticky and dirty - I think the housekeeper is using too much cleaning product making the floor sticky, therefore dirt building up and sticking to it (accumulating over time). It did smell very clean though. I got on my hands and knees and wiped the floors with the hotel towel/water which made the white towel completely black. I wiped down every counter myself with a Lysol wipe because everything seemed sticky. The shower water pressure was non existent, I think this was just in our room because my mom and sisters rooms had good water pressure (which is where I showered). There was hair in the bathroom when I wiped down the counter in there. My husband and I are not complainers so I didn’t complain when I was there. We were so tired and just wanted to get settled that I didn’t want to wait for a new room. We just will never be staying at a best western again. One pro was that the room was so poorly cleaned that I got a free portable charger that was left there from the previous guests (I had forgotten mine at home).

Decent stay for one overnight as a resting stop. Friendly staff, comfortable beds. Room could have been cleaner. Overall, a decent night.

Hi when we booked this hotel its showed us they have charging station at the own property that's why we booked the hotel whn we reached there at reception she told us its not ours and not working and we can not do anything for you even not tried to help us.. we were too much disappointed with that behavior why they don't mention on their site about charging clearly.. our experience was not too God with it...

The staff was amazing. The room was very spacious and nicely refurbished. However, The floor in the bathroom had a cracked tile and the drain in the middle was dirty inside. You could see it and my ESA dog was constantly trying to smell that. I had to close the bathroom door. The breakfast was delicious and had gluten free muffins which it was great for me. Thank you for offering gluten free items. I really appreciate it.

Exceptional

The rooms were clean and the bed comfy. Front desk was very helpful, and there was plenty of food for the breakfast.

Courtney, the front desk attendant upon check in, was extremely thorough and patient with every question we had regarding our stay in Hershey. We checked-in late in the evening with three young children, and she made sure to accommodate our needs promptly and efficiently. Exemplary service.

We've stayed here a number of times. Room is always clean and beds relatively comfortable. It's not far from Hershey attractions so pretty convenient. Parking isn't the greatest if you get back on the later side (after 9-10pm). Their "overflow" parking is behind the neighboring hotel which can look questionable at times. The included breakfast is just ok. Found the sausage patties to be as hard as a hockey puck but the yogurt machine is nice. It's enough to start the day though. New towels could be useful - I felt like the towels were barely absorbing water they were so thin. Everyone at the hotel very pleasant and the hotel itself is very clean.

Also I mentioned to Expedia that I would like neighboring rooms and then that was not arranged to put best western managed to get two rooms that were close, but no walk-through door

Comfortable beds was the only good thing about this hotel. Requested an hour early check in. Was not able to check in till actual check in and room still not ready. The first night, at 8 p.m., 10 kids under 24 started running the halls and it continued till midnight, made three calls to the front desk and to 911 bc you could hear them on all floors. It was so humid in the breakfast area that the paper plates from breakfast stuck to them and the tables still had stuck paper plates on them the next day. Breakfast items not kept filled, not cleaned. The guy in lobby mopping, out wet floor signs out after and we witnessed a guy fall getting into elevator. The front desk person who was so overweight, sat on a chair behind a computer, never got up to greet guests and check them in, and she was so unprofessionalally dressed; spanx biking pants, a t shirt and tennis shoes. We complained to her about all of this and her response was I'm sorry you feel this way. Tub drain didn't stay up, had to put the sink soap dish in it to hold up, TV remotes didn't work unless you stood right in front of the TV. Spend your money elsewhere this place is poorly managed. If I could give 0 stars I would. I made a call to corporate who did nothing.

Nice staff. Rooms clean.

The woman staffing the front desk upon check in was excellent. She was very helpful. We had two rooms and they were great. The beds were very good. The hotel has a nice scent. It was an enjoyable stay. If I had one negative it would be the free breakfast. Undercooked eggs and sausage.
