Location was perfect as it was close to Hersheypark. It was also at a quiet location that is close to grocery stores. Dining area was big enough to accommodate group dining. Indoor pool was also a big plus for us. The room was very clean and comfortable.

We stayed a night here following our visit to Hershey Park! Quiet and convenient location just a few miles from the park. The facility and room was cleaned. Breakfast is from 630a-930a quite a variety including gluten free options. Staff very friendly and polite.

Check-in was a breeze. Staff is always there to provide assistance. The amenities were great; offered a decent breakfast. Free parking. The room was clean in general but we did find a toy car on the floor beside the side table possibly left by previous occupants. Overall, good place to stay.

This hotel was very clean and well maintained. We went there to enjoy Hershey park and the surrounding area so this hotel was a great value for a quick stay.

Fresh and clean property. All staff were so friendly, kind and helpful. We needed to unexpectedly extend our stay and all involved staff members were so helpful and kind in this process. In calling the property ahead of our stay, to report a later check in and to ask some questions about the area, the answering staff member was so willingly helpful in sharing her experience with the nearby concert venue and efficiently made note of our later check in. We were able to quickly reach the actual property and not be bounced around an off-site call center. The property is also close by many of the area attractions without being in the hub of the busier traffic. Would definitely stay there again and suggest it for others needing to stay in the area.

She was very knowledgeable of the area and recommended a cute pizza place nearby. Breakfast was adequate and offered gluten-free muffins and bagels; which was really appreciated and a fresh made yogurt machine. They also offered a cute pancake machine. Although the coffee in the lobby was not to my liking, ( a little weak for my taste ) the coffee in the room what’s a good substitute.
