Price and location. No elevator to the 2nd floor

Location, adequate parking, price AC did not cool adequately. I had to bring in a fan from my car to run next me. The water did not get hot, just barely warm enough for a shower. No telephone in the room. Curtains did not darken the room. Window screen had a large hole cut. Pool closed for the season the day I arrived

The room was small but good enough accommodation. Parking was free a plus. The area to get to the room was in the back. It was good enough. Small. Hard to use work space.

Staff aren't very friendly and the communication isn't great. Room was full of stains, and the shower/sink was always leaking. It's good for a place just to rest your head for a single night.

Clean rooms. dog friendly . Close to everything Hershey. What a great price and we tried the pizza boli. Delicious!!!

It was clean and simple.

We were there for a great concert. We had 2 lamps in our room. One did not work at all. Tried to take a shower in the morning and our shower didn't work. Grass was cleanly cut. Outside looked decent. Didn't really have interaction with staff except the check-in guy who was cool.

We walked in the room and it was dirty and had a horrible smell, we could not stay. The bedding was multi colour and still looked dirty. We asked for our money back but the person at the front did not understand English. I am still trying to get my money back as it was disgusting.

Room was dingy, smelled like old smoke, things were broken in bathroom, bed was very hard, room needs major updating. Definitely not worth the money. Was not asked how my stay was upon check out person was kind of rude. Check-in people were very friendly.
