Shower was broken and because it was broken the waterpressure was horrible. Big gap under door and bugs came in the room from under room door....

Clean , manager was friendly and very helpful. Room was clean and nice. Pool nice.

While it doesn’t have much curb appeal . Rooms were new, clean . Bed was comfy . Staff was super happy and helpful .

Rooms are outdated and not well kept.

Compared to other hotels, it was a great price. Location was great. Service was amazing.

There were many parking spots available, very easy to park and transport your belongings to your room. The pool room is located apart from the room area, the water was warm & I do like how the pool is indoors. Very spacious, it goes from 3ft to a little over 6ft. The room was comfortable for the most part, we had more than enough towels for my party of 3. The bench outside the room really makes it more homey & allows you to enjoy a bit more than just what's inside the room. Upon moving the bed to corner so my toddler wouldn't fall off the bed, I discovered dried dirt and dust that was compiled under the bed.... glad we all brought sandals to wear around the room. Other than that, I would def book this place again, the extended hours options is great and very affordable.

Very clean and friendly staff. Close to hershey 8 minutes dunkin and starbucks. No breakfast. Kids cereal only. chips $1.00.

I love the location, the pool was great , staff was great, it me and my family 3 time we have stayed here and I was never disappointed, we will definitely be going back for sure

The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The room was just right for my needs. The view was nice too. I didn't like dragging all my stuff and a baby up the stairs. I wish they had a crib. But luckily I had a pack and play with me. The price was a little outrageous for how small the room and bathroom was. The bathroom was so small you could barely open the door.

How close it was to the office! Hershey park was 10 mins away! The pool was heated. Water in the shower was hot! It was a great stay. They didn’t have a gym (sons complaint)

Perfect for what we needed! The sheets were clean, the shower was hot, and the pool was clear and functional. While there are not a lot of "extras," the basics are solid. The pool area was clean and inviting, and the pool itself was heated. The rooms looked like they had been recently updated. I locked myself out of the room twice, and the staff was incredibly friendly about helping. If you do the travel sports life, this is perfect. It doesn't break the bank, but provides a clean, inviting stay, along with the entertainment for the kids.

The lady host was friendly, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. No breakfast.

Only complaint is the ridiculous rate for a room for one night. I know and understand that it is all based on what the market can handle, but hotels are taking WAY too much advantage of overcharging for rooms. The rich can handle and often do not complain. It is us in the middle income earners group that struggle paying bills and then hotels taking advantage indicating they do not care. It is all the bottom $ that they want and all boils down to greed. Their response is always, well, then look for a room elsewhere.

I like the room when I entered it, it feels cozy presentable and smells clean. However, underneath the beds it’s dusty. I hope that they would clean underneath as well. But everything looks great it is really a hotel feels. Under the beds are dusty

The staff were so nice !! wifi wasn't the best.

Air conditioning was average car was safe, pool was clean. The rooms were clean but need to be undated. Bathroom tub was stained and needs up dating
