Staff was excellent and helpful. Pool was clean and well maintained. Air conditioning worked great. Could use some air freshener and clean out dead bugs in the hallway light fixture.

They had a roach on the wall. Stains on the bed. Staff was beyond rude. NO BREAKFAST!! This whole entire listing is a lie!!! Pool wasn’t opened and had terrible hours. It was the worst experience I have ever had!! I even asked to leave because we felt uncomfortable and safe between the bugs and workers and the conditions and they refused and said I wouldn’t get my money back. Keep in mind I had a 5 year old with me… the A.C must be set to a specific temperature because no matter what we put it on it was never cold or a good room temperature. They are not a hotel they are a MOTEL!!! Smells moldy and stinks.

Overall this Motel (not Hotel) is Dated & Dingy. Interesting that this is a Wyndham brand, not at the top of their businesses. Air conditioning unit was loud. Sheets/bedding/bath towels were clean. Wallpaper in the room & bathroom was peeling/separating from the wall. Office is not regularly staffed, a phone with instructions is present. Breakfast is barely continental. We did not visit the restaurant downstairs/below main building.

We reserved a room for 2 days, due to a family emergency, we had to cancel the second night, but due to the cancellation rules we lost our money for the second night, the sheets were wrinkled and had a large yellow spot, the sliding door was unlocked, the pictures on the website are very deceiving, we didnt eat breakfast, there's a damp musty smell in the main area of check in and where the breakfast is supposed to be served, the property is very dated, needs updates, the tub was stained and the toilet had pee on the seat.

The room was old and musty. The beds were lumpy and the sheets were rough and pilling. The TV stand was chipping. I opened the closet to get to the ironing board and I wish I hadn’t. The walls were peeling. They also keep the large restaurant dumpster right outside the room, so you get startled by glass bottles going in late at night.

The bedroom also smelled musty and was very damp feeling. The air conditioner unit was set to 70 but it did not feel that temperature. I turned it down and every time the a/c blew, it smelled moldy more. I woke up extremely stiff and swollen from sleeping in this moldy hotel. Other than that, the room was clean. It was definitely “dated” though.

Bed was comfortable Breakfast item was nonexistent. They should not advertise breakfast.

Was obviously updated recently but our room unfortunately had a bad odor inside, maybe a dirty AC filter but was a downer. No coffee maker in the room and no breakfast in the lobby.

Excellent restaurant. Pricey but the food was good. Fortunately we stayed in the back so we didn't have the tremendous highway noise. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was exceptionally small. Bathroom even smaller. Everything had an overwhelming musty smell. Toilet was so close to the wall that I hit my forehead upon getting up and I am only 5'2." No one present at check out so no receipt.

Too pricey for the quality of the hotel. Staff was very nice and helpful

The room was very clean and offered everything we needed for the night.

Less than 10 minutes to Hershey park Could be updated

Only blinds on door. No curtains to darken the room.

The woman at the front desk was very helpful and nice. Our rooms were dated and dirty. They had a mildew/mold smell. Sheets and towels were stained. My Son found a TOOTH under the bed, so gross. Dead bugs in the corners of the rooms. Remote, phones and alarm clocks were sticky and dirty. I would not recommend this hotel.

The property was run down- the toilet seat was broken- very low toilet- bathroom ws quite small.

The pool was clean The entire hotel was empty. We got stuck in a separate building that wasn’t even in the hotel and the room was less than desirable.

Restaurant had good food No vending machine to get water. Water could be purchased at front desk but no one was there when we needed it
