has fallen into disrepair.

Nothing its so gross here wish I never did this Everything and they charge 100 dollars nothing in the room is even worth that. Never doing this again

Nothing. It was the worst hotel I have stayed in on my cross country trip tv was broke,, air conditioner didn't work right. the hotel advertises a restaurant that is not included with this hotel. bit is located downstairs of this hotel.. When we went to just have a drink they wouldn't serve us because we had no reservations. Also the parking for the hotel is used up by the people going to the restaurant. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. Also a very poor choice of breakfast offered. The phone kept ringing in the room as soon as we got up to our room due to them working on the phone lines. We finally had to have the hotel clerk come up and unplug the phone to stop being annoyed by the calls that were not for us.

Checking in. Close location to parking. Bugs in bathroom. TV didn't provide HDTV. Had to change TV settings to get full screen viewing yet not HD.

This property is in desperate need of a full renovation. The pillows on my bed smelled like a man’s unwashed oily scalp. They do not have maid service, only trash removal and towel replacement.

Location, decent price, friendly staff. I think they were understaffed. There was hair on my bed. Luckily lily there were 2 sheets. The breakfast was literally just bagels (old), no butter or cream cheese, stale cereal, a packets of oatmeal. I was told there would be fruit bit there was no fruit.

It was close to Hershey park Could provide smart TVs and rooms could be better and would be nice to go out the front door in the room

The hotel’s website stated that breakfast was included, but there was no breakfast available during our stay. The pool was also closed, which was another major disappointment, especially since these amenities influenced my decision to book the hotel. The overall condition of the room was also not up to standard. The room was not as clean or well-maintained as I expected, and the staff did not seem particularly helpful when concerns were brought to their attention. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations, and I would hope the hotel addresses the communication, cleanliness, and accuracy of the advertised amenities.

I went to the front desk during the night seeking assistance, but no staff member was available. This was particularly concerning because the property was advertised as having 24-hour front desk service. The phone normally available at the front desk to contact staff was also not accessible to us at that time. The next morning, we reported the issue to hotel management and showed our photos/video. We were told the room would be inspected, but we did not receive timely assistance before we decided to leave. We also contacted Expedia, and after discussing the situation with Expedia customer support, we checked out early and did not stay the second night. This was a very disappointing experience, particularly because we were traveling as a family with children. Based on our experience, I would not stay at this property again.

The parking was decent. I felt that hotel staff was trying to force me to upgrade to a bigger room when I didn't want to. I wasn't allowed to check-in due to a misunderstanding with the amount of people that would be with me in the room and the room capacity. I lost my booking due to this and I feel that is no way for a hotel to do business. I gave them my word and they didn't believe me. They just wanted to force me to upgrade to a bigger room. Just an awful experience that I wouldn't wish on anyone.
