Hampton Inn was clean, comfortable, and nicely maintained! The room was spotless, the staff was friendly, and we had a great stay. Would definitely stay here again!

The staff was pretty unwelcoming. Nobody smiled or seemed friendly with the exception of the female at the front desk and one cleaning person. For example, one morning I asked the woman who was setting up for breakfast was and she just used her head. I couldn't see where she was nodding to and I asked where again and repeated the same gesture-refused to speak.

Dirty and old property. Had to change the room because there were crumbs in the kitchen and dishwasher was bit up. Couldn’t check in until 5:30pm. Asked for a room in the back, on top floor, got room in the front on 2nd out of 3floors. Not too close from Hershey park either - it’s about 8-10 min drive to the Hershey General parking. Not worth the price. Not a good experience

Staff was great. Close to Hershey park. Good for a one night stay. Needs updating. Carpets have stains. Bathroom ceiling looks like it was patched by a child. Shower was not ideal.

We were worn out when after a long hot day at Hershey Park so it was nice to be greeted by the friendly young man at the desk. He didn't just go thru the motions but told us everything we might want to know during our visit. The rooms were great too. 2 queen beds, a pull out couch, desk, with large mirror, nicely padded chair, 2 pull out ottomans for extra seating plus the microwave and mini fridge. The beds and pillows were super comfy. Breakfast was 6 to 10 am. We went down at 9 and there was still plenty of eggs, sausage, waffle batter, etc for everyone. We also took the kids to the pool which closes at 10pm. There were quite a few families enjoying it. I was impressed to see the same front desk man bringing in a load of fresh towels to be sure there were enough. My group of 4 kiddos and 4 adults felt that our hotel stay added to the fun of our vacation.

The location Room was run down and floors dirty. My son's feet were literally black from the carpet. Bedding looked old, standard pillows on king sized bed. Pool area was gross. Dark hallways

Didn’t meet our expectations at all
-
They didn’t leave enough toilet paper and refill the shower gels
-
pool water cold/ Toilet seat loose

Great and convenient location, king suites are great for 4+ people

We were 5 people and we needed a extra pillow for the sofa bed and there was only I toilet paper and it ran out easily because there are 5 of us and it would be better to put water bottles inside the fridge.

I booked the suite for my family of 4. It was a lot of space for my boys to play and a separate bedroom from the living room and kitchen area was nice. The bathroom though could of been a better design. The sink was outside of the bathroom and the bathroom was big enough to have a sink, the tub was narrow where I couldn't put my arms up all the way to wash my hair unless I turned to the side and there was also no exhaust fan in the bathroom. The carpets could of been vacuumed or shampooed upon each guests arrival because the bottom of my boys feet going barefoot on the carpet were dirty. The hotel kept having an issue with the back door not scanning room keys and customers get locked out and we'd have to walk all the way to the front of the building to get in. Overall the daily continental breakfast was good and the lobby looked very clean and inviting. I would stay here again if they fixed the bathroom design and cleaned the carpets better.

Wonderful
-
Friendly staff, a good breakfast, things to do on and off the property, and nice amenities. Issues There was leftover food from the previous guests in the fridge, and it was small. Suggestions A bigger pool.
-
The key didn't work much for the entrance door near our room.

Need to wash the carpets doesn’t smell good
