Hampton Inn & Suites Hershey

Size of the room and the breakfast was good The tub was old/moldy and we did not have water in the kitchen area

The hotel was clean and the staff was pleasant. Great breakfast.

Great location, close to town and the park. Cafe next door and brewery across the street were very convenient.

Upon checking in, the staff was excellent, very accommodating and patient while dealing with many people in the lobby. The breakfast was also outstanding! The staff there was pleasant and helpful. I would definitely stay here again highly recommend.

Got hot water in the shower Cob webs in all the lamp shades, I had a 1st floor room and there was constant noise either from the staff or guests very late at night, the 1st floor showers had very bad drainage, water would go over to the commode on the floor. I picked this motel chain because I traveled alot in my past job and all the motels I stayed at were exceptional, and this is also why I paid the exceptional high rate, never again, do your homework when it comes to staying while traveling.

Exceptional

I am a bigger guy and room was meant for a person with wheel chair needs. Hard to sleep in low bed and I do not like the way the bathroom and shower were set up

The room with kitchen had the fridge turned back so the freezer was not freezing. I would not have used the cooking utensils as they were dirty. The bathroom had rust in the shower area. We did have a big crawl across the floor which was kind of gross. That’s why I never leave my luggage on the floor and always zip it up.

The TV didn't work on the day we were leaving and had a loud buzzing sound

Lobby and breakfast area were great. Very convenient location to Hershey attractions. The staff was very attentive and friendly. Everything seemed clean and tidy. Good free breakfast. Pool heater was broken. The room was a bit worn, the A/C struggled to keep up. No lounge chair in the room (just an office chair). Small bathroom, shower in the tub with just a spray head - would prefer a walk in shower and shower wand in addition to the spray head.

Location. Overall clean. It was a little outdated. The tub needs to be replaced for the most part. The shower head was not the greatest. The ceiling in the bathroom and some of the cabinets in the kitchen needs repairs.

Breakfast was good with many options. Well stocked and kept clean! I was looking forward to using the pool but the heater was broken and the water was way too cold for my comfort. That was my only disappointment.

Large clean spacious rooms

I loved that it kept the Hershey park theme throughout the hotel and even during breakfast time.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Only complaint was the pool had a layer of foam on top and our bathroom was dirty. Luckily I travel with cleaning supplies so I quickly scrubbed the tub and shower.
