Hampton Inn & Suites Hershey

The beds were comfortable and the hotel is just minutes away from Hershey Park. As for the breakfast... it was ok... the Kiwi Strawberry juice was watered down (no flavor), and the oatmeal was one huge clump and looked dry. I didn't want any of that. Overall, I'd say this hotel is a good value

Absolutely discussing! Room was not cleaned. Counter tops covered with something that was sticky. Carpet had large spill mark that was sticky. Bathroom counter was dirty. Shower was filthy. Some black substance was on the shower shelf. Had to clean the countertops my self because housekeeping staff was busy. Was offered a smaller room. Thst slept 2 when we had a party of 3. Did not offer discount. Evening reception staff was rude. Maintenance slash housekeeper was extremely nice, extremely helpful, extremely apologetic. The next morning, front reception staff.Lewis, I was extremely nice, very helpful again apologetic.

Great and super close to the park

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The lobby and breakfast area were clean and stylish. Easy access to the hotel and great breakfast place next door if you want to partake. The two negatives were the bed needs replacing, lumpy and squeaky, and the tub did not drain until After my shower.

We stayed on the third floor, where there were several recently repaired water spots from a leaking above. Our room itself wasn’t very clean, the drawer handle near the bed was sticky and the floors didn’t appear well cleaned and had some small trash and drirt remnants in the corners and near the bed. The room had a noticeable mold smell coming from the air conditioning (we kept it off the entire time we were there). There is a great breakfast restaurant in the same parking lot and is very walkable!!

Clean, close to Hershey Theater. Staff not friendly. Charged twice for one night and staff not helpful in resolving issue. Need to have more Handicapped parking near entrance.

The stay was great! The room was clean and quiet and convenient driving distance to stores for essentials. Would stay here again and highly recommend if you’re in the Hershey area!

The dog friendly atmosphere and the breakfast was good! Also we went to a concert at the giant center and it was the perfect location to stay at! Just a couple minute drive to the arena. It was so convenient for us!
