Rodeway Inn & Suites Hershey Chocolate Avenue

Exceptional

Good

Close to Hersey park Nothing convenient close by after 9pm

the suite was perfect for family and grandparents staff very friendly, the pool was nice. Family with young children are often traveling far and arrive a few hours early. At other hotels and resorts I am always able to check in a few hours early as long as a room is available. There were no cars in the parking lot so obviously rooms were available. It would be helpful to allow people to check in early when they arrive when able to accommodate which would make your customer service above and beyond!

Great location and good for the price.

Location and staff

It was close to my job Too much to list

Location Price was way too high. Charged as a luxury room for a basic motel

Beds were comfortable. The beds were clean. The bathroom was very clean. The front desk persona was very polite and kind. The room had an awful smell! The carpet needed to be replaced. The air conditioner was very old and smelled awful. The freezer in the mini fridge needed to be defrosted. I'm not sure why this was given a 4 star review. At the most a 2.

Super great location in a really clean neighborhood The tv

Location was good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Fridge in room froze everything. Toilet kept running.

Clean rooms Friendly staff Easy parking

Having usb ports in the rooms would be helpful. Most new lamps have them built into the base.

Good

mold and watyer on rug toilet over flowing roon stank

It was clean and the staff was so kind

Good value for the price. Practical, functional, and spacious, especially the king suites with the kitchenette

Location was the only good thing about this property The staff were extremely rude as well as creepy. I was asked how many people were going to stay in my room I told the staff and he then proceeded to ask how many girls. It gave us a very creepy vibe, the door did not lock properly and we were watched while unloading the car as well.

A reasonable ~45 min walk to Hershey Park (very quick drive), and within ~10 min walk from restaurants and a farmer’s market. Nice, quiet area. Very nice and helpful staff.

I reserved a room with 2 Beds...the app even confirmed...what they gave me was a single. I ended up leaving...and can't even get a refund because I clicked the box that wouldn't let me
