Great Hotel, clean, nice pool and gym

Our room was well-designed & spacious (helpful for travel with kids), clean & had nice no-frills linens & sheets. However, for those looking to enjoy the offered breakfast: be aware that although hotel advertises buffet breakfast until 10 am, that's not true. Their staff don't provide food/ refill their stations after 9.35. There was no more oatmeal for example, and both egg pans were scraped clean. When we approached a staff person to ask her to refill & provide food (as it was nowhere near 10 am), she curtly informed us that it would "take 45 minutes to make oatmeal" and therefore she would not do it. I asked the front desk to please intervene to provide breakfast - as other families were similarly milling around looking for the promised (& paid for) food; the front desk clerk politely said she "doesn't know how to make oatmeal" and she cannot help. Poor customer service - place isn't worth the money

The staff is friendly and kind. The room was clean and comfortable. Our kids enjoyed the indoor pool (towels included). It’s less than 10 minutes from Hershey Park. I’d definitely stay here again.

The pool was too small. We had a sticky spot on our carpet. The drain in the sink was not working well. The staff did fix it so I was glad for that.

Check toilet seats are secure. Battery operated devices are functional

great hotel. close to hershey park. the breakfast was great and they had enough for everyone it was jam packed for the holiday when I went.

Staff was informative of the facilities. The room was a nice size and clean. The air conditioner was quiet. Overall it was a very nice stay and would go back.

Very close to Hershey Park. Close to CVS and Grocery Store. Fit the needs of the family.

I liked the staff very friendly. The breakfast was bad one day better the next day. The rooms were clean.
