Very clean and well kept. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Location & room type option

It was very homy and clean. The temperature waa perfect, there were extra blankets in the drawers. We took our youngest daughter and 2 granddaughters. The shower pressure was amazing and the fact that it was right in Hershey allowed us to walk around town and try some restaurants. It is not fancy but simple and comfortable. The front desk staff was fabulous and check out wasn't until 11. Na

The staff were very helpful and nice. The rooms looked nothing like the pictures. The bed was so uncomfortable and there were only 3 very flat pillows. There were very few parking spots and we ended up having to park on the street.

The location was good for going to the Hershey Stadium and Chocolate World. The room had mouse traps! Bed super lumpy and creaky. Air conditioner loud and blowing on bed. No counter space for our stuff. Sink leaked. Towels small. Very small space to walk around, not big enough for two people. Too expensive for what you got.

Easy parking, very clean, friendly staff.

Rooms were quant, but clean and mostly well maintained (one toilet issue, but quickly resolved). Recommend a higher floor, as being on the first floor, it's an old building and if the folks in the room above you take a deep breath, you'll likely hear the floor creak. All in all, decent value for the money, and we would recommend.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I give them 5 stars! The property was clean but definitely dated. We stayed one night and it was fine. I would not want to stay more than one night.

Location can't be beat. Staff is very nice. Ample parking - even when the hotel spaces were filled, there was room to park on the street. Room was very musty. AC unit was super loud and inconsistent noises that would wake us up in the middle of the night. Bed is not at all comfortable. The price was high for what we got, but that is probably just the area. That could have been just our room, though. Seems like they had multiple types of rooms. Ours was on the bottom floor in the main building.

It is located in the heart of downtown Hershey. Walking distance to all restaurants. The bathroom is can use an update

Close to hershey park only a 5min drive. Price was ok Could hear other rooms next to us the rooms didn't seem very well separated.

The staff was so friendly and willing to help with anything that you could’ve possibly needed There was nothing that I didn’t like about my stay. Everything was great.

Rooms were perfect size and location was good with one exception. That exception being so close to the stadium it sounds like they are in the parking lot.
