Great location! Shower was dirty, leaked when filling tub, and didn’t drain quickly. Beds and pillows were smaller than normal queen size. Staff were all super friendly, especially the cleaning staff.

Close to Hershey Park, and lots of families stay there. Breakfast area chaotic and staff worked to maintain the area. Hall carpet could use a cleaning. Our adjoining rooms had an unusual odor.

Great hotel,in a lovely location ,ample parking and safe neighborhood very close to many restaurants and coffee shops. Decent breakfast, in a decent room.Less than 10 min from the park

The room was up to date, clean, and by far superior to those of similar chains. The staff is very friendly and offered an early check in. An easy walk to many food establishments (Bacco!) and the parkmakes it an ideal location.

This is definitely a budget hotel, compared to some others in the Hershey area, so the it might not have the aesthetics you might want, but it was great for our overnight stay. The staff were VERY helpful and friendly. They know the area very well, and helped us plan our free time in "downtown Hershey." The pool was ok; we went toward the end of the day it was a little dirty, but it was cleaned up in the morning. The contential breakfast area was a little small, but their outdoor seating was pleasant.
