The beds were comfortable. Cleanliness. Wasn't bright. , outdated .

Location was great. Inside pool was fantastic for kids on rainy day. Breakfast was good. No eggs but enough. Couldn’t even bring water bottles in pool area but understand as they said people leave them behind and sometimes they roll into pool. So it’s because of guests

The location. Many and free parking. All day coffee, tea and hot chocolate. Indoor pool. Washing machine with materials (with charge). Lack of vegetables in the breakfast. Very loud noise next to the room from some kind of machine room. The bathroom light was accompanied by the noise of a ventilator.

Location and staff… Hotel overall is outdated…but still decent. The bathroom in our room was gross - it had mold all around shower/tub and some that looked like it had been caulked over. The price was expensive for this hotel and that low level of cleanliness. I was disappointed!

Check-in was easy and quick and the woman that checked us in was wonderful. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good, loved the waffles and toppings available. Staff was all friendly.

Nice family stay with good breakfast. Room was clean and spacious.

Happy to have a tub in room. So many places have switched to showers only. Staff very friendly and efficient.

Joining rooms provided our family with non stop sharing memories! Pool was too crowded and the bathrooms need updating

We had a great time - check in and check out was smooth - staff was very friendly and helpful - only issue was there was no drawer space to put clothes

I liked how close it was to Hershey Park and walking distance to restaurants and the museum. The breakfast eating space was tight. Not really a dislike, but it was hard to get around to the food.

Location to Hersheypark No late check out. Some staff felt like they didn't want to be there.

Staff were friendly, rooms were clean. Very conveniently located. This is my second stay. Would love to have the shuttle to Hershey Park back but I will definitely chose this hotel again, regardless.
