We really enjoyed our stay there. The hotel was clean, the breakfast in the morning was really good and the staff was friendly.

Property was updated and clean. Staff was exceptionally friendly. Breakfast area had plenty of options and tons of space/tables, some of the best coffee I’ve ever had. Indoor pool was clean and well kept and loved the hot tub after a long day. Great location near the park and could see and hear the roller coaster screams from our room🙂

Breakfast included was very nice. Room super clean and well kept and decorated. Staff super nice. Wish they still accepted pets for a future stay.

The hotel itself is decent. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were mostly clean. We had two connecting rooms, and one of the garbage cans still had some garbage in it. It was under the sink, so I assume housekeeping just didn't see it. I simply put it outside in the hallway. The showers didn't get particularly hot, but they were warm enough to shower and get ready for bed. The AC units worked very well, and each room had a mini fridge and microwave, plus a decent amount of space to put or hang clothes. The indoor pool is right off the front entrance, so when you first walk into the hotel there is definitely that indoor-pool/chlorine smell. It wasn't necessarily bad, but it's something to be aware of. One of our rooms also had a faint smell, while the second room was completely fine. The location is probably one of the biggest positives. It's less than 10 minutes from Hersheypark, which was very convenient, and parking at the hotel was easy. Breakfast in the morning was also nice . They had waffles with syrup, whipped cream and chocolate syrup, four types of cereal, bagels, coffee and other basic breakfast options. It was more than enough for us before heading out for the day.

I liked the continental breakfast but would have enjoyed a few hot options like eggs and bacon or homefries for the price that we paid to stay each night. The shower was very dated and could have used an upgrade. It took a long time for the water to warm up and then was extremely hot once it did.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom grout is disgusting, if you're going to have grout you have to clean it. We overslept and got to breakfast 5 minutes before it closed. The lady was locking up yogurt I'm front of my son. Like I get it, but it's single serve containers, have a heart and let him get one. It was so weird. We weren't trying to overindulge, just grab a bite. You're servicing a clientele that was at Hersheypark until after 11 PM. We may want to sleep in on a Saturday morning. Again, I realize there's a closing time, but it just seemed rude.

The rooms are small and average at best. You can tell when they did the rehab it was the “quick n cheap option”. The lobby is very nice with the fireplace. I would not recommend for extended stay but it is generally clean and reasonably priced.

Overall, it was a great stay. It ticked every box that we had as a family. Bit noisy at times, but that's to be expected when there are lots of children running around.
