The hotel was great. Pool was way too warm...the room and the water.

While waiting for breakfast, I asked a simple question, and one of the breakfast attendants completely lost her temper. She yelled at me in front of approximately 30 guests, including my son. It was humiliating, unprofessional, and completely uncalled for. The front desk staff witnessed the entire interaction and appeared just as shocked as everyone else, yet no one stepped in to de-escalate the situation or address her behavior. I immediately called and left a message for the manager. I didn't receive a return call until 5 or 6 hours later, and the resolution I was offered was that the employee would receive additional training. The response felt inadequate given how publicly and aggressively I was treated. Beyond that, one of the elevators was out of service during a very busy weekend, resulting in long waits. We would mostly take the stairs because it was faster. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable and more like sleeping on plywood and the pillows were equally disappointing. I had to stack 3 together just to get minimal support. The only positives were that the room itself was clean and the pool area was decent. Unfortunately, those things weren't enough to make up for the way I was treated. Being publicly yelled at by a staff member completely overshadowed the rest of our stay. I would not choose to stay here again.

The rooms were very clean, and the lobby was beautifully maintained and welcoming. There was plenty of parking, and the complimentary breakfast was a great bonus. The proximity to Hersheypark was definitely a plus, as it was only about a 7-minute drive, and the hotel is conveniently located right near the heart of Hershey. The only downside was that one of the elevators was out of service during the Fourth of July weekend, which made the wait for the elevator much longer than usual. Fortunately, there were stairwells on both ends of the hotel, which helped save time.

Everything about the hotel was fine. Friendly staff, clean , and location was great. My only complaint is that they only had one elevator working and the pool room was extremely hot other than that, I enjoyed the stay!!

Oh and I like how the ice buckets are at the ice machine. No need to go to my room, down to the machine and back. Can just grab what I need there. It’s the little things. Right?

Excellent all around. Reasonably priced. Very close to Hershey Park. Would definitely book again.

Great stay! Clean hotel

The shower was not clean, the toilet did not work great, the drapes were torn and worn, and the beds are very uncomfortable. For the price we paid per night, it was disappointing. I would not stay there again.
