First of all the staff were all friendly and helpful. The water pressure was almost zero. It was so low you could not properly rinse your hair. Elevator was old and buttons were worn. On a center end table between the beds. Not enough plugs in the room. Bed was too soft, it hurt our backs. Also seemed small for queens.

Our stay was easy to navigate with no interruptions. Our hallway was quiet and the beds were very comfortable. It was a very hot day but there was no need to fiddle with the AC because our room was already very cool.

Great location, easy check-in and out, quiet but the best thing was I did not have to check out until 12:00, when was very helpful to me. Everything was fine.

The room wasn’t that clean. The shower I had to clean myself. The smell when you got of elevator was bad. Smelled like very bad mold. Laundry room was off the elevator so maybe clean that area up. The carpets in hallway need cleaning by elevators. Check in took forever because of the new system that this company has. That smell didn’t care for getting off elevator. Fire alarm went off because someone smoking in bathroom. Mattress should be moved and clean under, the amount of stuff in the cracks was very gross.
