This was probably the best hotel we have ever stayed at. What made it the best was the entire staff was AMAZING. They went above and beyond, they were friendly, the breakfast was included and wonderful and the hotel was very clean, would highly recommend! : )

Breakfast was great! Everyone was so friendly and helpful which is unusual I feel in today's hotel experience. Gave free bottles of water, which again most charge $5 or more. Thanks for the hospitality!! All was great!! Nothing to add here.

Food service staff was excellent with manager and a special 5 star service from Ms. Polly who did a face to face with serving the Hickory facility showing pride and professionalism at its best during my 3 day stay there. Receptionist also was instrumental. It rained every day all day while we were there, but still we pressed forward.
