Carol was an absolute delight! Me and my wife came down for breakfast and she met us with a smiling face and true hospitality. She was so helpful with ordering food and kept our coffee and drinks full the entire time. She also walked out to the parking lot when we checked out and her shift was over and made a point to speak to my wife and wish us safe travels back home. What a truly amazing and caring person. It’s just great to see and meet people like her. N/A

Cleanliness I felt the carpet in our room needed to be replaced it looked a bit aged and not as clean as it should for a Hilton Hotel and the carpet in our room before was much nicer. Everything was great but I do feel the carpet in our room this stay room 310 needs to be replaced as it looked aged and not as clean as I’m use to at a Hilton Hotel. Otherwise everything was great.

I really liked that we were able to get an early check in since we arrived early from the early morning travel. The host didn't hesitate to see if our room was ready! And it was! He gave me the keys,gave me a very informative briefing of everything that the property had to offer! And suggested highly to let him know if we needed anything to improve our stay!! We had a wonderful stay! Will be back!!

The entire staff was very courteous and professional. My every need was meet. The grounds as well as the pool and hot tub was well maintained. The room exceeded expectations.
