Hilton Garden Inn Denver/Highlands Ranch

Didn't stay long just overnight to sleep.

I've stayed here before. Rooms are nice and clean. Great place to stop in between towns!

The staff was very helpful and worked hard. The location was excellent, walking distance to restaurants and hospital.

Highly recommend for pet owners. My dog is very low maintenance and well behaved but is often not welcome in hotels because he is over 50 pounds. Really appreciate that the dog fee is reasonable and that large dogs are welcome. There is also a great spot to walk them at the nearby frisbee golf course. Also check out nearby Lost Coffee! Will definitely stay here again.

Great stay, remarkably inexpensive for the level of hotel.

The condition of the property was very poor . Bathrooms were so dirty and toilet seat was broken . House keeping services were very disappointing. But the front staff is so amazing . Both of the day and night were super helpful and great attitude.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms and good coffee/breakfast served. Will definitely stay here again next time I am in town.

Our room was clean but the shower/bathtub didn’t drain so I had to call maintenance. They fixed it somewhat but still took longer to drain than it should haves. The restaurant waiter on Saturday and Sunday was short tempered and seemed put out to be serving us. The gal at the front desk over Saturday and Sunday was very sweet and helpful. The elevators were unbearably hot and so very slow, and I was physically nauseous every time I got on or off.

Hotel was nice, but when I went to take a shower, there wasn’t any cold water at all. I was exhausted and didn’t want to move so didn’t report it, but come people, keep up on your maintenance!

Property was clean- room was quiet - staff was friendly. We liked that there was a restaurant/bar on site and plenty of snacks and drinks for purchase up front.

We had our dogs with us, and there were easy entrances in and out! The staff treated us great, and the room was really comfortable and clean.

The staff got everyone in our party to be on the same floor. We had the best time!
