Excellent place to stay with good mountains view and breakfast.
-
We liked the set up of our 1st floor suite. Convenient, clean and friendly staff

Breakfast was good and rooms were clean

There is no microwave in the breakfast area. Can't warm bagels or cookies except in toaster. Wrong geometry. The safety lock in room 157 does not work. Evidently, a repair was done by a carpenter who didn't test his work. This is the swinging arm that engages the short arm on the door. They miss by about a sixteenth of an inch, and hence, don't work at all.

Still an ongoing issue with a periodic maintenance schedule of not clearing tub/shower drains. Nothing like having to stand in several inches of backup water while showering. Both of our stays recently are identical in issues. Unfortunate but the hotel is decent n good staff.

You can ask to have your room cleaned without them...however our experience yielded no result with this request. I asked the front desk if they have a policy regarding this and the response was: "it's up to the housekeeper at the time of cleaning." So there is no policy at Staybridge regarding this. I think there is an idea that "clean" means heavily scented and that simply isn't true and this happens many places, unfortunately. It's potentially masking an issue or they just use heavily scented sprays that don't diminish at anytime. There was no way to ventilate the rooms either as they are all solid windows and a bathroom fan won't cut it. The fan from the microwave simply blows the air out in the above cabinet. Fortunately, the hotel allowed us to leave without issue to a full refund. The woman at the front desk was direct and tried to offer a different room, however it was worse then the first (based only on how heavily scented the room was). She did help and solved this issue with no argument - she was both direct and polite. The property seems very nice, well maintained, has good amenities and rooms were clean. Again - very unfortunate issue for not staying.

stayed for 8 nights. I started noticing how dirty and unkempt the carpets were. There was a used dental floss near the elevator and it was there the whole time we were there. The carpets throughout the hotel are soiled and need to be ripped out. I also noticed some shady characters staying at this hotel. I don’t know if they are allowing the houseless to stay but it sure appeared that way. I would never stay at this hotel again. I felt worried about our vehicles out in the parking lot. The breakfast was the same microwave type that is served at some hotels, they switch between the omelette and scrambled box egg type. We didn’t eat most mornings and just cooked our own breakfast. Also, shady characters just coming into the hotel to eat. The dog park gets soaked from the sprinkler so it’s just a big overgrown soggy mess. Also, weeds growing all around the pool area fence. For the price of almost 2k for our stay, I expected better. Please clean the elevator floors and wipe the doors. I think the hotel is fine if you’re just staying 1-2 nights but the longer you stay you will see exactly what I’m talking about. The over use of cleaning products and sprays to help mask the odors is too much. No one is wanting to smell fabuloso all day.

It is a nice location. Housekeeping never came by, No one on staff at 6 pm could replace the bathroom light that didn't work. Had to go with no light in the bathroom for the whole night. When they did fix the bulb the next day, the light fixture wasn't cleaned of dead bugs. The air conditioner is so loud in the bedroom that we had to turn the volume on the television to the maximum volume.

very comfortable setting, convenient

Good breakfast. Nice rooms
-
Cons: sleeper sofa was not comfortable and there is no door from the bathroom sink area to the main bedroom, so it is not a great setup for a person planning on sleeping in the living room or someone trying to get ready while others are sleeping. Breakfast tables were not very clean as they didn’t seem to have the staff to bus the tables between guests. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again.

The breakfast is very good. Berries, eggs, yogurt, waffles. All tasty! We used sofa bed and it was dirty. And the room is pretty small.

Hotel was clean and the staff was great. Their cocktail hour was great as well. I highly recommend staying here!
-
Great location South of Denver, Great west facing outdoor seating and fire pit space with views of the Rockies, same with West facing rooms. Very nice property we attended a wedding and this hotel is great, restaurant next door as well.
-
Room was just as advertised. Enjoyed my stay.
-
Bathtubs could use rubber traction strips for when using shower. They are very slippery
-
Super fresh breakfast. Lots to choose from. Extremely clean property and room. Has a dishwasher, mini stove top, full size fridge, dishes.
-
Have stayed here multiple times and very much enjoy it! My one critique would be the scent that they must pump through the hotel is quite strong so if you’re sensitive to that kind of thing, this might not be the best option for you. Love it otherwise though, good breakfast, beautiful outdoor area with killer views!

We needed a 2-bedroom accessible suite, as our son is a double amputee who uses a wheelchair. We were assutred that would be available so we prepaidfor our stay but, upon check-in, discovered the room was not accessible. We tried to make it work, but had a very distressing experience when our son could not get out of the bathroom at 2:30 AM on our first night. In adition, our room was adjacent to a sprinkler control room, and its noise kept my wife and I awake for another hour. A very helpful front desk person attempted to make our second night more comfortable, but was inhibited by company policy. As we had considered staying a third night, she was able to comp our son's room in a nearby facility for that 3rd night. In addition to being stuck in an non-accessible room, entry/exit doors throughout the facility had no push plates for accesibility. Also, the room itself had uncomfortable furniture with worn carpet, and the breakfast was nothing to write home about.

Typical continental breakfast.
