The staff was friendly. We enjoyed our stay.

My room was clean, well stocked and comfortable.

Not only was this Hotel a disappointment, expedia‘s response to my complaint was also disappointing. Upon arrival the room smelled like smoke and the linens smelled musty. I complained via chat and was told I would receive a resolution and never did and was unable to retrieve the chat to revisit when I tried to start again. I would have to start all over again from the beginning and let us remember. I was on vacation the hotel housekeeping staff was amazing. The rest, not so much. Our room had no drawers for clothing and when I requested 11 hangers for two people for six days, I was asked, “how long will you be here?“ will not be staying here again and will think twice before using expedia as a travel service.

Staff was extremely rude and told us we didn't have a reservation even though I had the confirmation number and a receipt, the female manager was extremely rude about it and argued with us saying we had to pay again or provide the virtual card number. When I tried to show her my receipt she walked away mid conversation. On the morning of our check out the hotel charged us 3 times for $137 on all 3 of the security deposits before we had started getting ready to check out then when we tried to talk to them about it they said to get out and that they were calling the cops with no so we told them please do so we can report them for theft but they never did. It really sucks considering this is one of my favorite hotels but we no longer will be staying here due to the disrespectful management team. We contacted corporate and haven't heard back and still haven't received a refund so we ended up paying

Loved having breakfast with the mountains as my morning view.

Great long term place to stay. Place was clean and staff was very helpful, Would highly recommend.

We were pleasantly surprised about how pretty and nicely kept the property was. Great view of the mountains out the front entryway and plenty of seating to sit outside at night or during the daytime. A really decent breakfast each day, and the rooms are very spacious and so nice having a refrigerator and a cooktop, nicely done.. we definitely would stay here again, great location convenient to interstate.

Clean rooms, safe and quiet property. Comfortable beds and a good breakfast buffet. Staff is freindly and helpful.

Very friendly staff, beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was really good. We also appreciated the hospitality evenings....The patio off the back is a great place to end the day, or start the day with a coffee after breakfast. We would highly recommend.

No sheets or pillows Room too pricey

Host refused to review / recocnize Engine's incidental prepayment. Verbally aggressive started blaming doors and such said it wasn't his job to confirm with Engine. He went in back office and came back and said I don't care and my manager will tell you the same. I called Engine and they called him he went in back office for a long period of time and came back and said hid manager would cover the fee?? I hope I never have to stay here for work again I felt abused and would have left if I did not need to stay here for work purposes.

If any complaints it was my kitchenette floor was a little sticky.

Wasn’t able to even get a room due to the night shift workers lack of competency.

We liked the set up of our 1st floor suite. Convenient, clean and friendly staff

Breakfast was good and rooms were clean
