Nice big rooms. Great location. Pool was heated and very warm.

This was perfect for me with great restaurants and a gas station nearby. I got an upgrade to a wonderful room. The walls and floors were a bit thin so there was some noise. You can tell some aspects of the room are dated. But overall a classy and comfortable stay.

My rating is because I did not stay at this motel because a couple hours before our arrival I got an email, not a phone call or text, that they could not accommodate our reservation, no explanation . They made a reservation for us at a different hotel. I was very upset as I don’t get emails on my phone, so I happened to check my emails and found this out about 1/2 hour before we were to arrive. Not the way it should have been handled. Very disappointed with the sales coordinator at Residence Inn.

Pool area and main lobby were nice. Breakfast buffet was well planned and good. Backed up plumbing in our room upon our arrival. We were informed there was no other rooms to move us to. They managed to get toilet to flush at 11:00 pm that evening. Bathroom sink was repaired the next morning and unit smelled like sewer for a few hours after repair. We were offered nothing for our inconvenience which was surprising to us.

Wonderful hotel with beautiful suites for such a trainable rate! We loved our stay, the breakfast, coffee station was always opened, professional and friendly staff. Although we are older and not traveling with kids, I wanted to mention how family friendly this place is. Parents must love it. We hope we’ll have the opportunity to return.

Stay was comfortable, room was clean and quiet, staff was friendly. Good variety of breakfast items and the coffee was ok. I chose this hotel specifically for its proximity to my parents, but I will choose it again.

Unfortunately did not have a good experience at this establishment. The humidity in the rooms were at an extremely high level (76 % + ) for majority of the stay. When asking the staff if they can help solve for it - they said we could find somewhere else to stay and they would not charge my husband and I for nights we left early. (Mind you there with two kids under 3 years old). In addition the kitchen sink metal was rotted through and squirt water everywhere. Floor was black and dirty and I got stuck in the elevator !

I initially booked a mobility room upon arrival I was told one was unavailable. Room assigned with smelly and leaking water from the ceiling. Front desk was rude and not accommodating when I asked to change my room. Said non available but did fine one. Again smelly and not the mobility room I requested. More transpired that I am not writing here. Terrible stay

Everything was great. Room was clean and comfortable but aged and showed signs of wear and tear. Doors were sticky, drawers were damaged. Air conditioner worked fantastic. Overall, would stay again.
