Residence Inn by Marriott Denver Southwest/Littleton

Has an excellent stay. Rooms were clean, staff were friendly . There was no hand disinfectant replaced in the dispenser on the main floor directly outside of elevator (potentially the most contaminated public area in a hotel) for the entire 5 days we were there. The filter on the water dispenser located in the exercise room was also not replaced, as the dispenser indicated was needed, throughout our stay either

5 night stay, requested linen change and never happened.

The layout of the room with kitchen and bedroom were very functional. The daily breakfast was very tasty and the hotel provided a pretty good selection. The area is in a great location and close to nearby restaurants, retail stores and pickleball!

Housekeeping didn’t come around as scheduled. Had to request them to come get trash and replace towels. Only came by one day in a five night stay. Had no hot water one day. Called front desk and received no help. Told that the maintenance man was gone for the day which was weird because it was right after the normal check in time for the day. WiFi was kinda spotty. Not good for the streaming shows but good for simple searches. Breakfast was good when you could get some items. Sometimes I went 1.5 hours before the end of breakfast and things were low or empty. Had to ask the cook for a bagel from the back and she just handed me the bag like it was my job to refill the bagel stand. A few days the fruit such as the bananas were old/bad.

Quiet room and hotel is in a convenient location for us

I cannot express how amazing our stay was! My husband and I had been camping, and planned to spend 4 nights at another hotel. The other hotel was completely ran down, and we canceled and found this GEM!

Everything was great the room, staff and even the breakfast.

Staff was very nice, let my daughter check in early. Breakfast was good. Juice was not watered down like it is at so many other hotels.

Clean room and friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was also pretty good.

We lived the spacious suite with a separate bedroom area. Breakfast was excellent as well

The bed wasn't comfortable and the pillows were horrendous. They all had lost their form and should be thrown out. Lumpy and uncomfortable. Made for an unpleasant stay.
