Courtyard by Marriott Denver Southwest/Littleton

This hotel was perfect! Everything was clean, staff was very friendly and helpful, and overall it was a great stay. I would highly recommend for couples, friend trips, or family looking for a place to stay in Colorado! Perfect view of the mountains too!!

This is a wonderful hotel. It was very quiet and a beautiful property. The location was easy to get to and it was in a nice area.

I had a great experience from the moment I walked inside. I was greeted immediately and felt welcomed. The desk agent was respectful, made good eye contact, and showed us what the hotel offered, ie snacks, dining area, and coffee bar. I had a great time.

This hotel looked brand new. Beautiful room! It was very clean. We did not utilize the restaurant or bar. The staff was pleasant. We would stay here again!

The room was great clean and spacious. The lobby/bar area was nice. Front desk lady was very nice.

It was great excepti felt pressured to leave before my check out time at 12. I had 2 knocks on my door at around 10 and at 11 someone just walked into my room.

Clean and good location The bathroom sink was clogged from the start

New/updated building. We reserved a room with King bed. When we arrived, we were told they had overbooked rooms with kings, and had switched us to a queen room. They didn't call to let us know, and it was too late for us to find another place. This was a big deal to us because I'm a light sleeper and we need the bed space, and we had a terrible night.

Every interaction with a member of the staff was excellent. Great customer service

The property itself is nice. Front desk person needs more training and more professionalism. Bathroom was not cleaned well. Overall okay, not bad, not wonderful.

Superb

The breakfast was horrible. Paid $44 for what seemed to be a pre-made breakfast burrito that was reheated and avocado toast that was bland. Don't waste your money on the breakfast.

Great property, clean, nice rooms.

We had been at a concert at Red Rocks and when we got back to the hotel, there was no hot water at all in the bathroom. We told the front desk and she said she would let the manager know. There was no apology or anything.

A lovely stay in the Littleton area! Consistent with other states at Marriott properties, we found this hotel to be clean with great amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful. The downstairs bistro was nice for an evening cocktail or snack. We definitely stay here again if in the area.

Exceptional

The staff was friendly, but we didn't get room service any of the days we stayed (we were there 4 nights and did not ever have a do not disturb sign on the door). By the third day we were promised our room would get cleaned but it never did. Otherwise, the beds were comfortable, the rooms were quiet, the pool was indoor and nice.
