Courtyard by Marriott Denver Southwest/Littleton

Most hotels have a complimentary breakfast, this did not, which was unfortunate. The staff was friendly and helpful, the service was excellent. The room was pristine. A cookie is only offered to the Platinum or gold guests. That is also unfortunate. I'm going to the DoubleTree next week in Pittsburgh. I will be able to make my determination about future accommodations accordingly.

The location was the only good thing about this hotel. This hotel is beyond slapped together. I’m shocked the shower in our room was able to contain water. The overall condition of this hotel, especially being a “newer” hotel is beyond disappointing and not even close to what a Courtyard by Marriot should be. It felt more like a Holiday Inn / Motel 6.

This hotel was perfect! Everything was clean, staff was very friendly and helpful, and overall it was a great stay. I would highly recommend for couples, friend trips, or family looking for a place to stay in Colorado! Perfect view of the mountains too!!

This is a wonderful hotel. It was very quiet and a beautiful property. The location was easy to get to and it was in a nice area.

I had a great experience from the moment I walked inside. I was greeted immediately and felt welcomed. The desk agent was respectful, made good eye contact, and showed us what the hotel offered, ie snacks, dining area, and coffee bar. I had a great time.

This hotel looked brand new. Beautiful room! It was very clean. We did not utilize the restaurant or bar. The staff was pleasant. We would stay here again!

It was great excepti felt pressured to leave before my check out time at 12. I had 2 knocks on my door at around 10 and at 11 someone just walked into my room.

Clean and good location The bathroom sink was clogged from the start

New/updated building. We reserved a room with King bed. When we arrived, we were told they had overbooked rooms with kings, and had switched us to a queen room. They didn't call to let us know, and it was too late for us to find another place. This was a big deal to us because I'm a light sleeper and we need the bed space, and we had a terrible night.

Every interaction with a member of the staff was excellent. Great customer service

The property itself is nice. Front desk person needs more training and more professionalism. Bathroom was not cleaned well. Overall okay, not bad, not wonderful.
