Black Hills Luxury Suites

Hot breakfast was very good with eggs,sausage,potatoes and the other breakfast items. The rooms were very roomy and comfortable. Could use bed side tables. A sign at the front door that tells you where to go to check in would be helpful. It was a great stay and would recommend it to everyone.

We've stayed here for 8 years in a row. The past two years the property had become sort of run down. This year was much improvement. The property was cleaner, in better shape, the yard and land shaping were maintained, and the hot tub was fully functional again.

Pool and hot tub was good and spacious

2 Bedroom suite on bottom floor located adjacent to the Best Western was clean and stocked with towels, soaps, and a kitchen. We used the stove to reheat pizza. Indoor hot tub and pool were functioning. The hot tub was hot. Breakfast offerings were good. I'd stay there again. There was a drip coffee maker.

We did thoroughly enjoy the hot-tub. It was clean and hot! No warm tub.

Nice room and pool. Only thing is that you have to register at the Best Western next door.

This place is a great value. The kitchen is a massive plus!

Breakfast was the best part and even that was just okay. Rooms smelled musty, the luxury suits did not look like online. They limited only 5 towels at a time to our suit with 5 people in it. Towels were tiny. Pool had so much chlorine in it, after swimming across it once it burned my eyes all night and made it almost impossible to see for about 20 mins. Would not recommend.

it is old. hard to find and then you hath to walk next door across the parking lot to check in at the best western. we where in a down stairs unit and the floors up stairs squeezed and every time they got up and used the bathroom it woke us up.

Didn’t read the fine print at the bottom of the instructions sent in the email about where you had to check in. After walking around the property, we ran into someone coming out of one of the buildings who told us where we needed to go. Being tired from traveling all day, I wasn’t in the best of moods to have this run around. Need to have this information at the top of the email.

The room was clean and it was a 2 bedroom suite. It was spacious with a full kitchen. The beds were comfy. Close to Mt. Rushmore making the trip even better.

Recommend staying, the place is a little dated but everything is clean and works well, the pool and hottub were really well maintained.

The place needs a deep cleaning. You can see where they run the vacuum against the wall. But the carpet at the walls is dirty. It smelled musty in the room when we arrived. Opened the windows and ran the fans. That seemed to help. This is advertised as Luxury suites. It is far from that.

The shower was good and the bed was very good But it’s kind of false advertising as the breakfast was provided but it was next door at a different hotel also the pool was as well the couch and chairs in the living room area was very dirty and the curtains on the windows were ragged the kitchen area was clean should say about 9-10 stairs either up or down it was ok for the money but could have been better I understand we got it cheaper

Lighting is poor and dim. The switches on the wall didn't control the lamps.

Breakfast was okay. Overall room setup was great with separate bedrooms, living room area, kitchen area, and extra sink outside of bathroom. The full kitchen set up was nice to utilize. Outdoor pool, indoor pool, and hot tub were a big plus especially for the kids to burn off energy at the end of the day. Rooms were not the cleanest. They were not horrible, just some mildew on the bathroom ceiling and carpet floors could have been cleaned better.
