Springcreek Inn

This is a cute motel with great staff. We enjoyed the basketball and playground area. The main issue was the older air conditioner that would only run for a limited time and then kick off. There is a refrigerator in the room, but it does not have a freezer. We had a breaker blow and the refrigerator turned off overnight. The beds were a little stiffer than we prefer. Overall, it just needs some updating.

Check in person was very friendly. Location was great. Expedia/we? double booked the first night... Inn has no control over Expedia bookings... did not realize this until check in. :-( Carpet was dirty.. no hair dryer.. noisy air conditioner and fan felt like an aIr tunnel..bugs by the sink...property needs updating and a little more rustic than we anticipated.

Location was great. The two kids working at check in were very friendly and helpful. Upon arrival, we were informed the water was not working. Luckily it was fixed before we were readytoshower before bed. There were atvs taking up the entire parking lot, including our designated parking spot. They had an attitude and rude when we informed them they were in our numbered space. The carpet in the room was dirty, Wasn't even comfortable walking around barefoot. Bed was hard and uncomfortable. Rooms are definitely not insulated well because it was VERY noisy the entire stay. We could hear the guy snoring ALL night from the next room.

A fairly simple, but nice motel, good value and a nice quiet place...I would stay here again The toilet was loose on the floor, but didn't leak, so not a major problem

I was charged by Expedia for this stay The girl then charged me when I checked in, she said she'd reverse it and it's still not reversed and now I see TWO MORE charges from them after check out. Can't get ahold of the property. Bad customer service all around.

Quiet clean property

I loved my stay it was super cozy and peaceful. And they have the best homemade sour dough bread we will definitely be coming back

A chain light would not turn on and I discovered it was not plugged. I had to move a table to reach the outlet. A bit difficult to squeeze between the wall and the table to reach the almost floor mounted outlet! My room was clean, neat and comfortable. It is an older place with quiet charm. I would stay there again. Easy to get in and out and Hill City has some great fun shops and food!
