A fairly simple, but nice motel, good value and a nice quiet place...I would stay here again The toilet was loose on the floor, but didn't leak, so not a major problem

I loved my stay it was super cozy and peaceful. And they have the best homemade sour dough bread we will definitely be coming back

A chain light would not turn on and I discovered it was not plugged. I had to move a table to reach the outlet. A bit difficult to squeeze between the wall and the table to reach the almost floor mounted outlet! My room was clean, neat and comfortable. It is an older place with quiet charm. I would stay there again. Easy to get in and out and Hill City has some great fun shops and food!

Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Great price and good location for going riding utv’s on the trails. Have the best parking for pickup and trailer.

Our hotel room #8 was large and had a deck that looked out over that green space. Easy check-in/check-out.

It was okay.

The cottage was clean and the owner was so nice. The neighborhood was quiet and safe with a very scenic view of the mountains. I recommend it.

Perfect location for all of our adventures in the Black Hills! Owners were super attentive and kind!!!

Fire pit was amazing. Location of playground was ideal for enjoying smores and having the kids wear it off. Walls are extremely thin, the joining doors aren’t very secure, the carpet is stained - bad. The ac hasn’t been wiped down (inside) in many guest visits, the mini fridge froze everything. Tv never worked other than on auxiliary.
-
No food The paper thin walls. All the noise. It's time to clean the exhaust fan in the bathroom. Clean the corners by the the floor lamp, huge spider web.

I do stay here every year for my hunting trip and has always been great! Their were a couple things this year that I didn’t like first night didn’t sleep well because the heater was rattling and making noise all night, come to find out that the heater filter were completely plugged so I cleaned them out and noise when away l. 2nd the outside light didn’t not light up that well to were we could sit outside couldn’t see anything other than that it was over all great experience!
