Room was clean. Smelled like weed in hallways. Plumbing in toilet was questionable.
-
Room next door to ours was very noisy. Heard the TV blaring all night long until 4 am when I heard someone complain to him
-
No hot water on the first day. Desk clerk had to finish smoking before trying to help. Place smelled heavily from chlorine from the pool.
-
The room was very clean no residual odors like some hotel rooms. Hot tub was hot and the pool was just right. It's right near the cool chainsaw, art, and places to eat. cleaner and better maintained than the super 8 in Denver and that was $100 more!

We had a one night stay as we rode our bicycles on the Mickelson Trail. Our stay was fine. Convenient.
-
The rooms are very outdated. The shower head was too low to be effective. The toilet was way too low. Continental breakfast could be better.
-
AC worked well, water was hot with good pressure, room was quiet, but the guy that checked me in (I think maybe the manager) made it very clear that checking me in was a nuisance. Also the bed was pretty hard, & there were a couple things that needed cleaned-the curtain was actually really dirty where everyone pulls it back. But the worst was the rude check in. Besides that it was okay

The hotel was okay, dated but clean enough. The breakfast (in the basement) wasn't very good. Just cereal, pancakes, oatmeal and some bread. The pool was very cold. The location really made up for everything else. It was great being able to walk everywhere.

Property was clean. Breakfast ok but not good if you are gluten free.

Honestly the staff made this stay awesome!guy deserves a raise! Answered all my questions and was even friendly when we saw him around later. The room was clean, the water was hot, the pool had good towels not the flimsy scratchy ones either! Will be returning!

Not a comfy bed. Low grade breakfast. Sloppy front desk.

Our room was clean and had a picture of Mount Rushmore on the wall. We stayed 2 nights and they replenished the towels the next day. We used the breakfast and the hot tub. Both were in older areas of the building but served the purpose. The gentleman that checked us in at 10pm was efficient and amenable. He was helpful when I called to let him know we would be checking in late. He had an issue with the credit card machine and he proceeded to handle it without becoming frustrated. It was a great location for what we wanted to do in the Blacks Hills and there is a cute coffee shop up the block that we enjoyed each morning (Elizabeth's). I would stay here again.

Location was fantastic!!
-
Bed sheets were not ckean had blood stains manager had ti change them. Noisy ceiling floors are very bad ftom can hear guests from above. Breakfast is very pour breakfast juice dispenser was not working. Juice was sitting in pitchers on counter.
-
The location to main street is good. Advertised "breakfast" is not true! No protein, only sugar cereal, instant oatmeal, juice/coffee and pancake machine that was broken. You will want to walk down the street for breakfast. The in room AC is so loud with visible dirty vents, didn't use it! Outside door to hallways not secured.Rooms are very dated and window is dirty, we left plastic curtain closed.
-
The room smelled a bit mildewy but was comfortable. Very convenient location to walk to the 1880 train or nearby shopping.
-
Great staff, wonderful pool and hot tub! Excellent continental breakfast. Super location to all shopping and restaurants. 1880 train to Keystone across the street. Rooms are very clean and service to maintain daily is offered. Check out Nana’s kitchen across the street from this wonderful Super 8. You’ll get to understand how Hill City got its name the more you interact with the town folks they are just awesome! This is the place to Stay in Hill City!

Service was very good
-
Gentleman in the hot tub in his underwear in front of children that were not his own. Breakfast was bad. People smoked and had a party next door.

The parking facilities was so terrible, so limited and spaces seem to be under sized, I was so concerned that my vehicle would get damage/dinged that I did not stay. I just ate the cost of the room, I was that concerned. I located a different motel in town that offered, to me anyway, a safe place to park.
