One of the rooms had a foul odor - room 134

I wish you can provide emergency toiletries just in case.

Couldn’t have asked for anything more…felt at home with this place.

Toilet was crooked and the shower head was way too low. The hvac was quite noisy and blew right onto the bed. The tv was way too low

Clean room, helpful friendly staff, great location. The breakfast was quite simple but it worked for us to have coffee and a bowl of oatmeal or pancakes. Close to Mt. Rushmore and many of the sites in the Black Hills. Very walkable town, close to restaurants and shops. We would stay again.

The hotel was fine for a one night stay… It was reasonably clean and what I would have expected from a budget hotel. However, I arrived for check-in around 11 last night and there was no attendant on duty. I called the number per the instructions at the desk. The attendant came to the front desk in what appeared to be pajama pants and was truly the single rudest hospitality clerk that I have ever experienced in all of my travels. He seemed to resent the fact that I was requiring him to be there. He mumbled so much that I had to ask him to repeat something at one point, and he obviously took offense to it, and replied so sharply that it stunned me. He certainly did nothing to make me feel welcome or want to visit this hotel again.

Not clean, and not a breakfast. Staff not friendly. Ended up checking out early.

The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, slept very well! Great location to restaurants.

Definitely lacks sound proofing, can hear the neighbors and people above you.

The room was clean, and the property was safe. The location was excellent. Breakfast was a little weak. I would definitely stay again.

Beds sit very low and when the people above us walked across the floor it sounded like they were coming thru our ceiling

The room was awesome. I was a bit disappointed with the hot tub and breakfast but staff members did a great job of making both of them better

The check-in staff was friendly and extremely helpful! The location is perfect! We didn’t like that the hotel had several signs that said “all lives matter.” We found that very offensive.

Clean comfortable bed could use a thicker blanket as the air-conditioner blasted cold air.

There wasn’t much for breakfast. There was yogurt one morning and none after that.
