Staff was excellent. Sherrie, Teresa and Terri were very helpful. Sherrie was kind enough to find and save a medication for us that we left in the refrigerator. Would highly recommend.

This is our 2nd stay with this hotel. definitely a better experience the first go around. hotel seems tired and the rooms need a facelift. very disappointed with the pool area!!!! We booked this hotel with friends based on our previous experience and based on pool and hot tub after hiking the black hills for 4 days. The pool area was definitely toxic with overwhelming chlorine, to the point where we could not stand it after 5 minutes we had to leave. the frustrating we told the front desk lady the situation and she claimed maintenance will take a look and they never addressed it. very disappointing with the money spent on amenities we did not get to use.

Great location, friendly staff, warm cookies on arrival, breakfast included was yummy too! Only thing we had a problem with was no elevator? I know it’s on 2 floors but we were on the 2nd floor and our luggage was very heavy to have to carry up a flight of stairs. Maybe not a problem for younger folk or light travelers but it was hard for us.

There was a fridge, but no freezer. Pur bathroom sink was completely plugged with hair. We had to take the plunger out to use it.

Excellent location. Clean rooms, good breakfast and friendly, courteous staff. Loved the chairs and fire pit in the back.

Cons: Mattress was slumping, with knots. Walls thin, could hear neighbors talk and tv. Could hear upstairs water flow and commode flush.

The hotel was in a good location. The room was clean but the tub finish was tired. I appreciated the white linens. The breakfast was convenient and on par with most free hotel breakfasts. They have a nice deck and firepit! The staff was friendly and helpful.

The location was absolutely amazing and the staff was very helpful. Only two suggestions for traveling with dogs would be put a trashcan just outside the door by the pool for owners to clean up and possibly a small gate or fence by the three trees so dogs don’t get into the street. This is a great place to spend time and we will be back.

Great location for destinations….poor bathroom accommodations. Very weak shower flow and no sink in toilet room to wash hands
