Not much to appreciate… Ugly outside, parking lot was full of construction materials, cargo containers, carpet rolls out in the rain. Toilet sitting next to the dumpster. Old clothes in the parking lot. Many spaces were inaccessible.

No elevator. That was a major bummer. Hard to communicate with front desk staff.

Decent sized rooms. The room smelled like paint, there was hair on the towels, and the staff was unprofessional.

It's nice and quiet and centrally located near everything I needed to get to within a matter of minutes The upstairs hall for this time of year is a little bit hot but once you get in your room you can have the AC as high as you want other than that all good

Nothing Room service never came, each time you go outside key wouldnt work, the owners whole family stayed in the lobby all eve, dog feces on sidewalk 3 days straight.

Our room look like it was newly renovated. A/C unit looked brand new and worked well. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We didn’t participate in the breakfast so I can’t comment on that. Beds were a little firm for my liking. There wasn’t a chair for the desk, but we managed just fine. Overall I would recommend this hotel for a more affordable option when visiting Holland, Mi. There isn’t an elevator and the only ice machine was in the lobby.

Location was awesome, the bed was comfortable! I wish the breakfast was a little more, but was still included so I enjoyed it!

The tables in the rooms where all worn out. It was not at all what I had pictured. We ended up leaving.

It was better the 2nd day than the first. A different person took care of the breakfast each day. 2nd day more to choose from My friend wanted to have clean towels each day. We did get another set by asking at the desk.
