Sinclair Boutique Hotel

Love staying at the Sinclair Boutique Hotel. We have been visiting for about four or five years and it is our home away from home on the beach. New owner and manager are very nice to interact with.

Excellent location. Rooms were nice and cold No free parking at hotel site. A little rustic

Location was great, short walk to the beach and boardwalk. We were able to check in early and had no issues getting there. The place stayed nice and cool and there were two separate AC units for the living area and the bedroom. The place was a cute size and had a little micro kitchen. The bed was not the most comfortable and the pillows could probably be replaced.

At first the owner was very responsive to my emails and requests. I wanted something special for my anniversary and they did give me rose petals. I was willing to look over the things I didn’t like but after my latest issue with them and almost getting my license suspended I feel the need to speak up. I was told to park the next street over and I would have a discounted rate for parking. I agreed and sent over the information that was requested and told I was good to go. Fast forward 2 weeks later I receive a parking citation. I brought it to the owners attention and she told me she would take care of it. I sent her a copy of the citation and made the $60 payment directly to her. I have not heard from her since despite me following up via email and now they’re charging me double to pay the citation. If you weren’t going going to do what you said I could have paid them directly and not had this happen. When I first arrived I did not know I would be on the second floor and had to carry my wagon up the stairs since there isnt an elevator. At first glance the apartment was cute and cleaned but after a day the roaches started to come out, especially in the kitchen.

Such a cute and comfy hotel! The decor, vibes and steps away from the beach and restaurants & bars which is great and no need for a car. I will be back and will stay longer! Roberto and Karen were kind and hospitable. Don't forget to use to use the hot tub and grill too!! nothing!!

Nice and quaint, a block from the beach on a one way road so not a lot of traffic. Parking. Beware! Parking in Hollywood is how the town makes its living. On street parking for 24 hours, which was the longest time allowed, was $108. We found a lot for $30/day but not overnight. We parked a few streets over in a city parking garage for $50 every 24 hours.

The property was perfectly set up with anything we could possibly need. Honestly I have no complaints!
