Ramada Plaza by Wyndham West Hollywood Hotel & Suites

A little dated, but very responsive. We had our mini fridge and our iron replaced immediately.

Check in to the hotel went smoothly. We parked in the garage and it was easy to find a spot. It was a bit unsettling to see the thick plexiglass at the check in counter but given the current state of affairs it makes sense to protect the staff. Our room was clean and nice. There was a light that was missing a cover and the bathroom was a bit dated but it was fine overall. There was not a breakfast offered in the hotel but there were several places within walking distance to get breakfast which was convenient. We didn’t use any of the other amenities in the hotel so can’t speak to those. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Very basic clean rooms.

I requested when I checked in housekeeping services. Housekeeping never showed up. Calling housekeeping to get service on the phone was not answered. The front desk answered the phone and took my request, then when I called back a minute later did not pickup. Finally when I went to dinner, gave the front desk a list of my requests. When I got back I got the items. Room: The coffee maker area has not been cleaned. Made me question the rest of the room

A real gem in West Hollywood! Ample parking on the property! Spotless rooms!

Old hotel, need remodeling, poor lighting, bad conditions and extremely old furniture and building

It's an okay hotel for the price. Ple ty of shops, bars and restaurants nearby and centrally located to get around LA

To room was spacious, clean and quiet. And the location is great!

Room amenities poor. My room had no shampoo. Toilet was clogged and room smelled. The door to room was ajar and changed rooms because of bathroom.

Location and staff were pretty good. It looks kinda old and I think it’s a bit pricey since the facility isn’t modern.

Room was clean overall. Bathroom could use a remodel looks dingy. Beds are not comfy at all! Need new pillows and mattresses bad. Overall give the rooms a 3.5/5. Parking is not the best. $50 a night and the spots are WAY too cramped . When cars park next to each other makes it difficult to get in and out of your car. Overall it was a good stay but idk if I’d rebook.

The security guards/garage attendants weren’t friendly at all and the $50/night parking fee is highway robbery! The rooms are decent but our two double need room was small. The only good thing is the hotel location and Sonya was nice at check in.

Location Load shedding for 5 hrs. Should be parking free. Very old property.
