Great staff

Two slight downsides - 1. The AC is very noisy. It comes on, blasts cold air and then switches off again until the temperature rises when it then kicks in again. I wore ear plugs and it was ok. 2. DirectTV was a little annoying as there were lots of channels I couldn’t access. Wasn’t a deal breaker, just a little dated. These are 2 very small criticisms. Overall the apartment served me perfectly well. Plenty of options to eat nearby but equally the room had a well kitted out kitchen. Would definitely stay again.

Third stay here and it’s my second time with a sunset view but unfortunately there is no view as both times we have had the back of a massive billboard where we should be looking at Sunset Blvd out of a lovely big floor to ceiling window. The billboard covers both living area and bedroom. Apartments should not be rented out sighting a Sunset view when it is restricted and not just a little. Disappointing!

Excellent stay at AKA West Hollywood. Would definitely stay again, thank you for making our trip unforgettable! Apartments are huge and on the perfect location for an LA visit.

The apartment was very clean. I could not believe that the owners of the apartment did NOT offer simple offers such as coffee and/or teas. Housekeeping comes only once per week. Not good enough.

AKA provides a great option for people looking for an apartment like set up rather than a hotel with daily amenities. The rooms are bright, spacious and clean. Extra towels, etc are easily available from the friendly staff. The WeHo location is great. There's a nice spacious gym, lovely pool and deck. Will definitely stay here again - however if you want a traditional hotel with services, would recommend an alternative.

The location is perfect. The apartments are modern and practically equipped. You can easily make yourself at home. You feel very safe. You have a 5-night minimum stay. That wasn't a problem for us, but unfortunately my friends couldn't stay with us because they only came for three nights. But it's understandable that this is how it's done.

Clean, spacious and quiet 1 BR suite with amazing views of downtown. I enjoyed the kitchen with the burr mill for coffee beans and the in-suite washer & dryer (one packet of complementary detergent). Tea and coffee are available in the lobby 7-11 am. Garage parking (entrance on La Cienega Blvd) was secure with a valet attendant.

An amazing aparthotel with an excellent location. The parking service was also excellent. The studio was very beautiful, well-equipped, and had a stunning view. Everything you could want from a place to stay in LA. It would be helpful to have some vending machines for water and basic products for when you return late at night.

Superb
