Its a nice place but the ac was not as good for a 5 star hotel, everything looks nice from outside the kitchen is really everything else is nice.

Issue is the aircon. The way it’s been built means individual units in each room which are really noisy. They are integrated rather than the basic wall mounted but unfortunately it’s a huge design flaw. Management are well aware of it being an issue but sent an engineer to appease me. I guess they just hope to you give up complaining as they don’t really have a solution beyond an even louder fan (I genuinely don’t understand how it could be so loud) or switch it off and be hot! I wouldn’t stay here again I’m afraid
