Very clean and friendly staffs! Definitely worth of staying here!

Great location on Sunset Blvd so close to some fantastic restaurants and cafes, along with shopping and sightseeing. The rooftop pool and bars at the hotel are beautiful, with a nice compact gym space too. We enjoyed the Alo wellness event and the yoga session at the hotel too, along with a nice meal at Madeo too. The room was clean and spacious with nice amenities included, with a very efficient valet service for our car too. A great stay, so highly recommend this hotel!

Amazing hotel with an incredible vibe! The atmosphere is stylish, vibrant, and full of energy, attracting a cool, young crowd without feeling overwhelming. The design is beautiful, the service is excellent, and every space feels thoughtfully curated.

By far my favorite hotel ever!!

When I finally entered my room, I immediately noticed it smelled strongly of smoke. Even more concerning, there were used contact lenses on the floor, making it obvious that the room had not been properly cleaned or inspected before being assigned to a guest. This was especially alarming considering I was about to recover from surgery in what should have been a sanitary environment. Because of the condition of the room, I had to be moved to another room. Unfortunately, that room was located near the pool area where there was extremely loud music for much of my stay. I specifically booked this hotel to recover from surgery, yet I spent my recovery listening to high-volume music while trying to rest. I called the front desk multiple times regarding the noise, but the issue was never adequately resolved.

I loved everything about this hotel! The staff was super friendly, the room was so inviting and cozy, and the view was amazing! I’d give it 10 stars! I plan to stay again!

Super clean rooms and a lot to do on the property I just wished they had more light in their rooms theyre super dark

The poolside food on the rooftop wasn’t very good. They could really use some revamping to make this more appealing. However, the lobby bar area food was great and always has a great atmosphere.

Honestly overpriced for minimal amenities, although customer service was great. Lots of privacy, if you want great service and amenities and more I’d choose Fontaine blue, aster, or loews hotel

I especially loved the bathroom products and the signature scent throughout the room—so much so that I’d recommend buying the room spray from the gift shop. The welcome note and treats waiting for us upon arrival were a thoughtful touch and made us feel appreciated. Check-in could have been a bit friendlier, but that may just be part of the LA hospitality style.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The food excellent. The dim lighting and comfortable furniture was truly enjoyable. Rooms awesome with great views. Beds are beyond comfortable. Best hotel. Will look forward to returning. Great location too.
