Shower was a bit on the smaller side and there was some mold. Amenities were nice. The hotel location was great, but parking (valet) was expensive ($75/day).

Wonderful stay.....Food purchase a little pricey but over all very nice hotel

Great hotel. Great location. Pool area was relaxing. Cool to be right on sunset Blvd and look out at the Hollywood hills from the pool area Bed comfortable. Staff efficient and polite. It’s the “Riot Hyatt” where all the rock stars would stay and my teens thought that was pretty cool. Easy access to Rodeo Drive, Grove, Hollywood (Toussades, walk of fame, etc,), 25 min uber to Santa Monica pier (if not in rush hour times) Will stay here again next time we are in Los Angeles. No complaints a we had a great time.

I traveled to Los Angeles to celebrate my sister's birthday and the staff really made her and the other members of my group feel welcomed. I spoke with the manager Eric about a week before arrival and he was very pleasant to speak with and took care of all my concerns. The hotel is impeccable and the rooftop pool and its views are unmatched. Free snacks, coffee, and water all day, every day was a plus. The customer service was outstanding.

Prime location and very clean and beautiful!

Wonderful hotel. Comfortable and the pool was super fun.

Parking price was too high:75$ per night (self or valet)

Overall, it’s a nice property with a good vibe. The staff is pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and well-serviced. I was particularly impressed by the fact that the carpet and bath tiles actually felt clean and not just tidied-up. The windows are well insulated from outside noise. We were facing Sunset Blvd. and had no issues with excessive noise at all. No complaints on any of the major items that one looks for in a hotel. I would note a few things to be aware of: the furniture is showing some wear and tear and is due for a refresh; the shower head was loose; and the lighting was a bit dim at night. The only other gripe was that the parking was really expensive: $75 per night but, alas, that appears to be market rate. Still, a guest discount is appropriate.

We heard West Hollywood was a safer area to stay and it was a nice area. The 2 things to say negative at all was our room was not ready at 4 and was told it was because someone else in the room had a late checkout and we’re still in there however we had tight plans to make it to a Dodgers game breanna was great when I explained the situation she gave us a different room on the sunset blvd side instead of the hillside view we chose. It was more import To get a room when we had it times out but the Sunset side was very loud and couldn’t sleep. The pool on the rooftop was fun.

Loved the hotel vibe, location and spacious king suite
-
Although the room can be a bit pricey, the rooms itself were very clean and spacious. The restaurant downstairs was good for dining in or take takeout to the room. The rooftop bar pool area was nice and all around. The staff had very good vibes. Also, its location is very close to all the cool things to do in West Hollywood and the view of sunset was awesome. All in all I think it was worth the price :)

Great hotel. Only beef: $75 day parking. Freebies like snacks and coffee. Amazing location. Super nice and helpful staff.
-
Good value, big room, cool vibes. I liked the free water and snacks. Staff was super nice!! There’s some outside noise, but they offer earplugs. There were some mini details of maintenance in the room that need to be taken care of. Also the lighting in the room is a hassle, 4 lamps that have to be turned on individually. The bathroom is very small in proportion to the room size. I ordered a lox and bagel for breakfast and it was just ok, for the setting of the hotel, I expected the good salmon, not the regular one.
