Great quirky hotel, with excellent location, clean rooms, and excellent pool. Good bar with experienced barman. Only one valet staff member, with so many people leaving or checking in at once. I had to get my luggage out of storage, to get to the airport and this took too long with only one man trying to do everything by himself.

Pool area was lovely, staff were friendly. Room had an odd smell. Walls very thin, could hear people talking and walking down the hallway throughout the night and the couple above is having sex and arguments throughout the night/early morning. AC was inconsistent and there was a spotlight on outside our window constantly making us difficult to sleep.

The front of house staff were all lovely and friendly. The rooms were clean and spacious. The bathroom was decent although maybe could be updated a little. We received complimentary room upgrade and drinks tickets, although the tickets were for limited times. Most of the stay was fabulous, my only recommendation would be to be more flexible with the drinks ticket timings!

A fun hotel. The staff is what made it a 5 star for me. They were kind and helpful. The music and partying went late into the night but that was ok. We were warned.

The location Blood on the sheets, air conditioning so loud you couldn’t sleep, the smell of drains, the fact that the printer didn’t work, they couldn’t give me a quiet room to do a presentation for work and the fact they were giving vouchers out for drinks to some guests and not others.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! Staff were super friendly and very accommodating. Loren the bartender is a gem, and the amenities are enjoyable too! Will definitely be coming back to stay next time we’re in town!
