Location is a little far from everything Coffee purchased within the hotel was terrible and price was through the roof Staff were great , especially the valet staff

Any place I travel too , reception makes my whole stay . Receptionist very nice , polite and professional demeanor! I had an awesome stay we dined on property and stayed in ! Hotel rooms are amazing and clean

Hotel is cute! Double room is actually pretty spacious but the bathroom is small.

Hasn’t been updated for decades it seems but convenient location and reasonable price

Kids (under 21) could not access pool on weekends and AC was not working in room despite many attempts to “fix”.

Room was nice, balcony is always nice, with a lovely view of downtown LA. Loud DJ at poolside until early hours of the morning. Wouldn't have been as bad if the music was good but it was that awful techno s&*t that gives you a heart attack.

All good. The only question remains they advertise a king bed however it was a queen at most.

The room cleanliness, size and comfort was great. I was able to get a good night's rest. Good soundproofing as well. Communication of the breakfast offer that was purchased with the room booking was insufficient upon booking and arrival at the hotel. I only found out during check-out that there was only one item on the breakfast menu that was included in the package. This meant that I had ordered outside of the menu and received an additional charge. The staff were also not ready to serve breakfast at 7am. I really wish I hadn't included breakfast in my booking.

Had I known that the entire pool and restaurant area would be a DJ hosted dance party all day and all night well into the late hours of the evening, I never would’ve stayed here. Pool and restaurant was supposed to close at 10 o’clock, music was still thumping very loud when I finally fell asleep at 11 o’clock. We’ll never be back.

Terrible - drunk / high people in the lobby, room facilities not working, unhelpful staff, downgraded room - too many issues to list. Avoid this hotel.

The hotel itself is beautiful, but unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing because of how crowded and noisy it was. There were events happening essentially throughout the day and into the night, with a large number of people coming in from outside the hotel. Because of this, many of the hotel amenities were extremely crowded and, in my experience, not realistically usable for guests staying at the hotel. When I say it was busy, I mean 24/7. The lobby was constantly crowded, especially late at night, with many intoxicated people. The elevators were also very busy, and there was an unpleasant smell in both the lobby and elevators during my stay. Another major issue is parking. The hotel does not offer regular self-parking, so guests are essentially pushed toward valet parking, which is very expensive. What was especially frustrating was that I was not clearly informed about other, potentially less expensive parking options nearby. I would strongly recommend asking specifically about all parking options before checking in. Also, check your valet receipts carefully at checkout and make sure you are not being overcharged. They will refund you if you catch it! Overall, if you are looking for a relaxing hotel where you can enjoy the amenities, spend time by the pool, or have a comfortable stay do not pick this one!
