Great hotel

The room was great and very comfortable. We were upgraded to a room higher up which had a fantastic view. The food was great and everyone was very helpful and courteous. Would definitely stay here again.

Cleanliness Location

If you ever have the opportunity to stay here, I would highly recommend it. Everyone was helpful, kind, and went the extra mile. Beautiful property, wonderful food, and within walking distance of fun and exciting restaurants, shopping, and events!

To make matters worse, a staff member informed me that the cost of that night would be credited back to my credit card. I checked out more than two weeks ago, and no refund has been processed. I have also sent multiple emails regarding this issue and have received no response.

I was very happy with my stay until my check out. I had forgotten my wallet in my room and needed to return to my room to retrieve it. Well the front desk person gave me an unworkable key. No ‘ I am sorry for your inconvenience’ . No nothing Just a blank look on his face as if nothing happened at all. That is not proper Customer Service!!

very clean and modern

Our stay was great. The rooftop restaurant and bar were amazing. Noise was never an issue in the hallway or outside. Location is great. We would stay there again!

The lobby renovations made the bar more visible and inviting. It was lively on most evenings which added to the atmosphere. I'm already looking forward to my next visit. The restaurant was going through a transition during my stay, hence it had a pretty limited menu. I hope the new menu will offer a wider selection and more vegetarian options. It would also be great to see more evening entertainment on-site. The rooftop area was very quiet at night, especially compared to the more active atmosphere at nearby hotels. That was a fire alarm during one night which led to an evacuation. Although this was caused by another guest and was not the hotel’s responsibility, a gesture of goodwill or compensation would have been appreciated given the disruption to our sleep.

Upscale modern hotel near the sunset strip, away from the chaos of the other touristy parts of LA Wish the minibar fridge had some space for some personal stuff. Instead it was filled with motion sensor activated drinks

Perfect hotel for a weekend d getaway or staycation. Everything you need is on the property or without walking distance. The service that all of the staff provided was phenomenal.

From an early check in to recommendations from staff on where to eat and drink our expertise was 5 stars. Beautiful, spacious and clean rooms and amenities throughout the property and a roof top pool and bar you can spend hours in. Highly recommended.

The Rooftop bar, view, restaurant and pool are well worth it. Rooftop food is excellent. Try the Prawn salad. Hotel car entrance and lobby are thoughtfully AWAY from Sunset Blvd and is accessed BEHIND it. A welcome difference and a huge benefit! Admittedly the hotel is not inexpensive but it was nice receiving real value for the price. Intriguing modern glass crystal sculpture in the lobby! Recommended.

Pros: Excellent location in Sunset Boulevard. Modern and luxurious. Friendly staff. Extremely comfortable bed and pillows. The shower is the highlight for me: very spacious, great lighting, amazing water pressure, and quick to adjust to the desired temperature. Cons: I had written to the property a couple of times with a particular pre-arrival request, but I did not get a response until after my stay.

Classy, boutique hotel, great location, clean, wonderful restaurant and beautiful breakfast. Just can’t fault it. Highly recommend it. Can’t think of anything. Parking rather expensive but then I suppose we’re bound by West Hollywood prices!

Loved my room. And the rooftop pool was super cute.
