Disappointing

I will now choose properties with this level of quality and service every time. Amazing breakfast with lots of hot food: eggs/omelets, hash browns, sausage, hot oatmeal, pastries, coffee, juice, milk, etc. Best breakfast in a hotel ever. Amazing staff, courteous, helpful, top-notch. You won't be disappointed.

It is nice and clean room and the complimentary breakfast and facilities are great. I didn't get to sleep because I'm hearing something from outside and I don't know what it is but it's loud, It's like somebody opening or door or moving objects outside and it's bothering me that I can't sleep. I heard it around 2:30am.

Fabulous hotel. Gorgeous pool. Super room opening out onto pool area. Good breakfast. Good restaurant opposite called Saddlers Ranch and hotel offer 20% off Couldn’t get a bottle of water out of machine in hallway. Didn’t work.

​The room is a luxury shoebox. The bed is so narrow I fell out twice, but hey, very comfortable once trapped! ​Breakfast is a psychological thriller without food labels. I don’t eat pork, so staring at mystery meat was a journey. Also, 3rd-floor juice is a water-blend conspiracy, while 4th-floor juice is the real deal. Fascinating science. ​Please install a doorbell at reception. Standing there wondering whether to whisper or shout like a drill sergeant is a brutal social workout. ​The 1st-floor chip machine mugged me. Ate my money and choked on snacks. If you check security, I look like a deranged raccoon trying to crack a safe. ​Housekeeping is on request (we forgot twice, our fault). I got my "complimentary" wine one day before checkout—only because I hunted it down. Thanks for the 1-hour late checkout, which changed literally nothing. ​Good location. Nice pool. Thanks for the emotional rollercoaster!

Breakfast can be better

We enjoyed the area which was near our event. The room was very warm and stuffy. Our patio area was dirty and apparently never cleaned. The breakfast was horrible. Plastic cutlery! On site parking was a plus although not free.

It was nice and clean. Beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. Felt little humid like your clothes felt wet even though they weren’t. It could use a Dehumidifier.

I fell in love with this hotel because of all the flowers in the courtyard where the pool is located. The first time we stayed, we had a room that looked out onto the pool, courtyard area and a window that opened up towards the pool. That made it feel very special. Unfortunately, this time we were assigned a room that did not face the pool courtyard. The air conditioning vent hit us right in the face when we were lying in the bed. Our room faced sunset Boulevard, which could be very noisy at night so we used a white noise app on our cell phone to drown out the noise. I still think this is a great hotel although I don’t think it’s worth the price if you don’t get a room that overlooks the courtyard pool.

Great location. Our stay was amazing. Great staff. Beautiful room with doors onto the pool. The only downside was a small breakfast area and the additional seating was on the next floor. Would definitely stay here again.
