Best Western Plus Sunset Plaza Hotel

The elevator felt like something straight out of the last century. The floor indicator was completely dead, so there was no way to see which floor it was on. The breakfast was just okay. Room service is based on request which is good.

Staff was very nice. Room was clean. Enjoyed the pool. We will definitely come back.

Excellent choice on the Sunset Strip. The breakfast was nice, and the pool was beautiful. The rooms were quiet, and the staff was very helpful.

Minor point to note was the hair dryer sounded like there was something stuck inside moving around when turned on so couldn’t use it as it made a loud noise but a new hair dryer was provided. The breakfast offered could be better. The options were limited. Having access to parking and a laundry room was convenient. The location is good.

This hotel was clean and well maintained. The staff at the front desk were very helpful. The only thing was the breakfast room on the third floor was always packed and no where to sit. We had to go to the fourth floor which is fine but they do not have the same food choices. Other than that the place was excellent. Highly recommend.

Pretty decent stay, breakfast was ok, all items were pretty good but always room for improvement.

Loved this hotel! Great location and very clean rooms.

Open check in, we were told I qualified for a complimentary bottle of wine because I was a Rewards Member. I didn't receive it at check in. I then called the front desk and ask for it. He said be'd get for me and never did. Annoying!

We had a wonderful stay at the Best Western Plus Sunset Plaza Hotel. The location is excellent, close to great restaurants and shops, while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. Our room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, and the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming throughout our stay. The pool area and breakfast were also great bonuses, and having electric car charging available in the parking area was especially convenient. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it when visiting Los Angeles.
