Access to working plumbing is a basic necessity and a fundamental part of the accommodations I paid for. Because these essential amenities were unavailable, I did not receive the service that was advertised or reasonably expected. I believe I am entitled to a full refund because the accommodations were materially different from what was purchased. If available, I can provide supporting documentation, including my reservation details, photos, videos, messages, or any communication regarding the plumbing issue.

Overall, it is a very poor neighborhood. In the room, the air conditioner barely worked and was very noisy. The carpet was so old and dirty that our socks were sticking to the floor. They would not provide towels unless you gathered up all of your own towels and took them down to the front office. The front door would not close all the way, and when the noisy air conditioner was running, it would vibrate all night long from being partially open. When I did go down to get new towels, the receptionist was talking to one of the guests about her husband being kicked out because he was drunk and Urinating in front of the hotel, exposing himself to everyone. Would definitely not stay here again.

Check os professional, fast, the room is always clean, parking is beyond awesome very open convenient options, very convenient to Walmart, publix, fast food, RESTAURANTS, directly OFF THE TURNPIKE near krome ave but SPEED LIMIT ONLY IN THE STRETCH OF BEFORE CASINO AND 2 MILES AFTER OKKKK you will know when you see that area if you going north the red light 2 lane no exits then next light maintenance for about 2 miles and then you are literally in the middle of no where on krome ave ok
