Property was great, staff was ok, needed to speak louder, did not realize that the deposit was $ 100.00, out of twin family with hospital patient with no money to spare, snacks were minimal.

Little high price $140 night. AC made noise. Lots of load foot traffic after 10pm on a Friday night. Beds comfortable. Room clean. If you pack ear plugs this place is not bad. Stayed hear before not during summer break and had no issues.

Over the following days, there was a great deal of uncertainty regarding when our family member would be discharged from the hospital. As a result, our lodging needs changed from day to day. Once again, the staff at La Quinta Inn was incredibly understanding and flexible, working with us to ensure there were no issues extending our stay as needed. Their kindness, compassion, and willingness to accommodate our circumstances helped relieve some of the stress during an already challenging time. For that, we are truly grateful. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone facing a similar situation, and I would not hesitate to stay here again should the need arise. Thank you to the entire staff for making a difficult experience a little easier.

The staff were kind and helpful. The room was clean. Great location to downtown Birmingham, and it was close to several restaurants and stores. I have an EV and they have chargers. I have stayed at this location before and it is consistent each time.

This day was very good. Our room was very clean nice and comfortable. The staff was polite. The breakfast was not quite what I expected in the breakfast area was clean and tidy. There were no forks and not much to choose from. The air conditioning worked well however the sound from the air turning on and off, became annoying throughout the night. At times, it got really loud when clicking on and loud when clicking off.

Staff stole my wife's shirt within 2hrs after we left and no one speaks English, the Arab guy I can only assume is the manager can speak English but will give you a horrible stare while speaking with or even walking by him. I got a deal for $77 a night and I wouldn't pay any more super 8 is basically the same thing. Nothing impressive here

If you’re making a pit stop for one night only I would say this is an okay option. Anything else speed pass and don’t look back. They had roaches, and overall just bad!
