Bedbugs in the rooms

It’s terrible hotel, rooms is dirty, bed sheets have a bedbugs, right now I have a problem with my skin

The hotel staff was very friendly and the property was clean. There was no trash can in the room. After turning in my dirty towels there were no clean towels available til the next day. I asked the attendant what was I was supposed to do without clean towels. He stated that he didn't know because there were no one on the property until the next day to do laundry. This forced me to go to Walmart and purchase towels.

It was a solid stay. The first room they gave us access to wasn’t the best room. The second room was solid they just didn’t have towels readily available. Overall it was a solid stay!

Place was disgusting. Warnings and what the hotel should have been should be mandatory at a place like this. Had to buy a comforter from the Walmart and sleep in my jeans and shirt just to feel slightly clean. Then decided to just leave the next morning because I could not endure another night and got a new reservation. Horrendously

I ended up leaving during the middle of the night. The bed had strings of hair on it, I spotted hair in a towel, the furniture was broken. I took pictures. Overall not a well kept, dingy looking property!

This hotel charged me for incidental fee. The incidentals were already paid for through the thrid party app. All they had to donwas look further in the reservation to see that the icidentals were already paid for

Toilet problem. Instead of offering another room to me, the front desk person handed a toilet plunger to me. Very poor customer service.

I would 100% never stay here!!!! Ever!!!! We got there @12:15 am ready to check in and they didn’t want to let us in our room bc their “system had to be audited”. It was 12:30am and I was told “I can see you paid, I got your ID, but I can’t let you stay here without a “cash deposit.” Then was told “the audit won’t finish until 15 mins or 3 hours.” It’s literally 12:30am!!!! I finally threw a big enough fit and they let me stay bc I gave them my Id. At this point it’s 12:50 am. Then, there was bugs in our room, zero pillows, AC halfway worked, bathtub had hair from previous guest. Don’t stay here…. It’s GROSS!!! We travel for sports year round and this is top 2 worst hotel I’ve ever been associated with. If you want to see pics of the desk worker not caring at all with us, I’ll send them!!! Absurd!!!!!
