Extended Stay America Suites Birmingham Wildwood

Attendant was nice, the room wasn’t very clean, I had a studio so I could cook dinner and there were no dishes or pots or any dishes of any kind, the kitchen lamps were missing bulbs and overall the room was run down and not very clean.

And, the breakfast was a joke. Never again.

I do not like the lobby with all those steps and there is no elevator. No luggage cart. Very tiresome! Dragging luggage and having to make several trips makes me want to stay elsewhere.

The employees are super nice. Easy to business with and always make it a pleasant experience. Nope!

Roaches, no ice, dirty, billed for over $50 above booked price, claim of breakfast but just granola bar and cold coffee.

Room was clean except for items left in freezer from previous guest. Seriously no frills at this location. Stayed for three nights. No housekeeping for your rooms, had to go to front desk for toilet tissue as there was less than a full roll and no extra in room. Continental breakfast, better get there super early or it’s gone by 7:15am. They say they only have “one box per day” and once it’s gone it’s gone. Maybe not put it all out at 6am? Price hiked up this weekend because of college graduation but was still over $120 a night and it’s normally $55. At least it was in a decent location. Staff was nice.

A couple staying at the premises had a horrendous fight in the parking lot and I attempted to call front desk at 7:00pm and no answers….

Rooms are filthy .

Guy at the front was good (Sam) but once we got to the room it went downhill sheets were dirty on bed and sofa bed, bed was uncomfortable, bring your own dishes if you’re looking to stay for a while, they allow pets so our neighbor had two dogs that barked all night it, no breakfast, area was kinda sketchy……will I stay again id have to respectfully say no my car would be a little more comfortable if it ever came down to it
