Extended Stay America Suites Birmingham Wildwood

Exceptional

Exceptional

nice and helpfull

When I arrived no room available explained I had a reservation he seemed to not care after I waited 20 minutes for someone to come to office

Bad

It was a place to lay my head at best There were stains on the bed from previous guest. The kitchen was old looking and the wifi was hard to use. Smelled bad and the window was open so it was muggy

Overall stay was okay I guess there was a couple things that can be improved. There is no free WiFi plus the cable kept going out. Also, the property itself was outdated.

Great

Good place to stay for a minute or 2

There were short and long hairs in the microwave and on the bed; furthermore, it was obvious that the surfaces—especially in the kitchen—hadn't even been wiped down (perhaps they use the same cloth to clean the bathroom, the kitchen, and all other surfaces, which would explain the hair). When I went to the front desk to speak with the person in charge, they did absolutely nothing; I even asked for cleaning supplies so I could do the cleaning they had neglected, but they simply did nothing.

It was a decent stay everything was good

Very poor

Good for overnight stays!

This hotel takes no frills to new lows. There's a kitchen but you have to bring or buy even minimal pots and pans. If you need any kind of housekeeping assistance such as towels or paper goods, good luck. The front desk tells you to wait until housekeeping is there, then housekeeping tells you to ask the front desk. (I then waited over ten minutes but could not even get someone from the front desk to talk to and never did manage to get a replacement towel in the week I was there). Expect to take your own trash to the dumpster, as well. And the lock on our door, mentioned in a prior review someone left, had not been fixed. At least I assume it's the same room and lock.
