Staff friendly The room had bed bugs

I stayed at this location one night. The roll away bed had dirty sheets, they’re was condoms under the bed, the dishes in the cabinet were dirty. There was mold on the ceiling. The employees were fairly nice, however the Indian guy was the rudest man I have ever come in contact with. I will absolutely never stay there again. I will make sure every one I know knows how horrible it was. I wouldn’t let my dog stay here.

Clean room. Breakfast (eggs were cold and pancakes were like rocks)

The grounds were pretty, room was fairly clean.. the carpet was pretty dirty looking at my socks. The building had a floral chemical smell and made my throat close up but thank goodness it wasn’t in the room. Drawers in bathroom were off track and fridge was dirty. The worst part was the people above us were jumping and running Kids I presume. It seemed like they were coming through the roof. I called the front desk and she said she would call the room but it did not help. My daughter had an early surgery and we were awake most of the night. The insulation could be better..

Clean them rooms thoroughly, change them sheets, mattress & don’t give nobody no room with bed bugs!!!!

I love everything about my stay, I just wish it could have been longer. But next time I will stay a week. Lol thank you guys so much. Happy Birthday to me. What I couldn't smoke in my room.

There was a younger lady working the front desk and she wasn't very helpful. My room was overheating and I went to her 4 times with a basic someone will get back to you. I didn't have any body wash in my shower and the only thing she was good for was exchanging towels. Finally there was an older lady that night that changed my room. It was myself and my family and our room was 81 degrees. Finally they changed my room but again I was not happy about it. I'll more then likely never stay again which is probably what they want anyways. The older women were exceptional. The timer lady seemed to just collect a check. Very unfortunate because custom service has gone down the drain for the younger generation.

I did not like their entertainment feature on their TVs They were not very connective and very hard to find something to watch when you were in the room in the water pressure and all of the sinks were terrible..

Room was missing silverware had no forks or spoons On side of mattresses broken and very uncomfortable Door lock bolt didn't lock Swing bar falling off door for secondary lock Shower curtain obviously pulled off wall and reattached above tub so water ran down onto floor

BEDBUGS! The pictures on the website are deceiving. We reserved the two bedroom suite, upon arrival the room was old and dingy. The kitchenette was worn down, the handle was not attached to the refrigerator door, and there was scuffing and things burnt to the stove top. The latch on the main door was broken and ripped off the wall. Furniture was very dated. To top it off we found live bedbugs, crawling on top of the blanket. We pulled the sheets off to find the mattress completely infested. The Night Shift staff person was very friendly and helpful. She was able to get us into another room, although not the room we had reserved. They also had an issue with the hot water throughout the entire property, but didn’t bother to tell any of the guests. Cold showers were not fun after finding bedbugs. Since our stay we have not been able to get in touch with the general manager, as he has ignored all forms of communication. We did report the hotel to the board of health. Would not recommend staying here. It’s unfortunate because the location was perfect for the event we were in town for. However, not worth the hours of cleaning and treating our belongings for bedbugs.
