Great location.

Room was clean and having a kitchenette was a nice plus.

Staff was absolutely amazing. Rooms were clean (and smelled clean) when we arrived. AC in the rooms work great - water pressure is a little weak. Don't believe Google - there's no continental breakfast, but the ABC stores are on every corner and offer a wide variety of foods.

Great location - short walk to beach, supermarkets, food stalls and restaurants, public transport. TV was precariously placed on a chest of draws.

I have stayed here before, and returned in the most part because of the little oasis around the pool. The rooms are fine, but being in the middle of Waikiki in a place that makes you feel comfortable and out of the rat race that is Waikiki is the best!

Our bed was very lumpy and was not very comfortable sleeping in. Unit needs to be refreshed.

Great location. Great room size and layout. Loved the facilities and the hospitality at the bar including the chef who made us the best Tuna dish as we arrived. The location was close to the beach and within walking distance to several restaurants. The pool was tropical and tranquil. The bathroom by the pool required a key.

Excellent location, just a couple blocks from the beach. Wonderful staff, good restaurant on site. We loved it. Our room had a slightly funky smell, but we would still come back again, so it wasn't too bothersome.

Clean, quiet, comfortable.

Wardrobe in kitchen. Noisy room, 3rd floor road front. Curtains did not block light out. Beside lamps( lights)didnt work. Water all over floor when i arrived, i slipped. The fridge was getting defrosted. I ended going down to reception and guy finally came up. He wiped floor with a towel he brought up, and then wiped bottom only of fridge. I opened fridge later and water went everywhere all over the floor. Nobody ever answered reception phone. Very loud repairs getting done at 8pm, and started again around 8am. Not very good when you are trying to relax.

The pool and bar area was so cool.

They have started cleaning the rooms during your stay, fabulous Staff behind the reception desk always look like they are in a bad mood and not friendly

2. Rowdy # 902 resident screaming at 2 AM on both nights for 1 hr - mental case next door. Beware. Was ready to call cops on 2nd night. 3. Hotel has a tiny luggage storage room: hence checkout day morning was hell for me. 4. Dim lighting in # 903 - near total darkness.

Loved the pool and hot tub. Tv was a good size and in front of bed. The location was excellent! Staff were lovely and very helpful. We would stay there again. Air con was good. Hotel was tired. Lighting in bathroom was not bright enough to do make-up. Curtains did not block out morning sun. Could do with more draw space but we just left our suitcases on the luggage racks provided. Hot plate in kitchenette very slow. Took nearly an hour to cook bacon and eggs or a toasted sandwhich. No kettle in room but quickly provided when asked.

The gardens were kept immaculately and downstairs lobby was good with good wifi On arrival we were given a room which was not what we had booked. After asking why we had been given a student room consisting of 2 beds, 2 desks and 2 office chairs when we had booked a studio room for a retired couple. The room had no comfortable seating and was cramped. The following day we were offered another room which was what we had originally booked.
