Stay Hotel Waikiki

The hotel is very good value for money, but I'll leave some observations here for improvement. The room I stayed in didn't have a mirror, which was bad for my wife; women like to get ready and having a mirror helps. The bed wasn't very good, the spring mattress was old and if someone moved it sounded like an earthquake in the whole bed. If you're driving, be sure to reserve parking as spaces are limited. The staff is excellent. Small changes can make a hotel even better than it already is.

The room was terrible the bed was so uncomfortable. The bathroom was so tiny you can’t even open the door all the way. I bought an upgraded room and they told me they were all sold out and they couldn’t do anything until the next day. So I had to end up moving hotels.

The manager Caroline and front desk worker Sean helped me set up my whole stay and gave me pointers on what to do and where to eat! The amenities were amazing and made the quality of the stay 10x better! I couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were clean and spacious. However there is a lot of construction which makes it quite loud, especially early in the morning.

Cheap clean quick access to beach

Maile helped make my stay very welcoming and convenient and actually called and make sure my stay was up to par.

Staff was great and property was clean. Room was constantly hot. The hotel is a bit dated.

Nice property, Fantastic location. Friendly staff. Maile was very nice. The surrounding area is very loud, and the room only has jalousie windows which does nothing to keep the sound out. Other than the noise, the hotel was quite nice!

The Stay Waikiki is s hidden inconspicuous gem in Waikiki. The proximity to the beach is unmatched. 2 minutes and you're on the sand and at the shore. It's walking distance from everywhere you want to be. You get a nice Lanai to enjoy sunrise or sunset. They have beach towels, chairs, umbrellas Acadia for use without extra rental fees. The staff at the reception desk: Avril and Ariel are amazing and there's always a smile and an Aloha waiting for you. They're attentive, friendly and just rays of sunshine. My 8yr old son and I lived our Stay here. We'll definitely be back and this week be our go to hideaway.

Stay Hotel Waikiki is right in the heart of Waikiki, a block away from the beach. The hotel room was clean, comfortable, and came with the standard amenities including a mini fridge which is helpful on those multi-occasion ABC Store runs for snacks. The staff is kind and accommodating. Maile at the front desk has a lovely smile. Thank you for making a great vacation. Aloha.

Property was nothing like the pictures that were posted on the website. It was dirty, not very clean when would not close no balcony and it said we would have one in the common area was not very clean. Will never stay there again or actually we didn’t stay there we left as soon as we walked in and saw the room.

Great location, but our room smelt like Korean bbq since we were right beside the food truck area:)

Rooms are outdated but functional. There’s a food that was left on our fridge from the previous guests that was never cleaned before we got there. Remote of TV was not working and had to call for service. Staffs are friendly and accommodating. I love where the location is, really convenient to all the attractions and just few mins walk to waikiki beach.

The staff was wonderful. The bldg was a lot older than the pictures show but we didn't spend much time there anyways. We are in our 60s and the shower was very slippery, needs non slip pads. MAILE was a excellent host.
