Good and clean hotel to stay with family.

Close to the beach. Staff extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Rooms cleaned every day and towel available to head to the beach or pool.

Enjoyed the Hyatt but they had alot of construction going on. Our view was beautiful from our room but the bed too soft. The edges of the bed sunk in. Our server Nathan at the buffet was so nice Great Service! The breakfast buffet to many flies flying around the food. I don't think there mini fans weren't enough. The food should be an a closed air conditioned area.

Our stay at the Hyatt Regency Waikiki was absolutely incredible. Honestly, I have very few complaints. The only thing I wish the room had was a microwave, but realistically it wasn’t a big deal since most of the food we ate (like fresh poke) didn’t need to be reheated. On our first night, the A/C wasn’t cooling the room very well. I stopped by the front desk, and within 10 minutes maintenance was at our room. They quickly fixed the issue, and the A/C worked perfectly for the rest of our stay. That level of service really impressed me! The location is what truly sets this hotel apart. We walked all over Waikiki, and after seeing the area, I honestly believe the Hyatt Regency has the best location. It’s centrally located, making it easy to walk to restaurants, shopping, and attractions, and the beach is literally right across the street. We stayed in a high-floor Ocean View room with two queen beds, and the view was breathtaking. I never got tired of looking out over the ocean. One of my favorite memories was eating breakfast on the balcony while watching the sunrise over Waikiki. The staff was friendly, the service was outstanding, the location couldn’t have been better, and the views were unforgettable. When I return to Hawaii, there won’t even be a question about where I’m staying. I’ll be booking the Hyatt Regency Waikiki again without hesitation. 100/10. Highly recommend! 🌺🌊

The staff at the restaurant Surf were absolutely the best ever!!!!

We like everything about the property which is why we chose to stay there for the second time this year. I understand this is high peak time especially during the 4th of July week, but the only issue this second time around was the valet parking which was extremely crowded and the cue wait upon return was sometimes up to 15-20 minutes each time or more. The valet attendants apologized for the wait each time, but the driveway lot is small and there is not much they can do about it. If possible, Hyatt may need to consider creating a safeguarded coned-off valet cue watched by an attendant on Koa Avenue where can park your car during these circumstances.

Close to the beach and shopping! The buffet was extremely overpriced for the minimum selection.

The show was not worth the price at all. Buffet is not amazing, from what they daid it would be. Very little options and very expensive. Not what I really expected.

Staff was great! Valet was great. Worth the extra $15 bucks a night!

They upgraded my room and I thought great, but the carpet was horrible worn and dirty, the bathroom grout was dirty black encrusted, the tub was unstable as if one would fall through, I could feel the boards underneath as the liner of tub caused me to slip, I could HAVE had an accident. The patio was filthy, and furniture was old scrapped up and dirty, the room had a musty smell like mold. The number of the room 1912. and I think they dumped this dirty horrid room on me because I am a senior and alone. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND NOR STAY HERE AGAIN
