They also told me at the time of check in there was a “resort fee” of $42 per day. At the end of the visit charges start to add up.
-
Good food and very nice staff. Clean rooms. Pretty crowded and slow elevators. Very busy area and the street noise sounds like everything is right in your room.
-
Clean room. Friendly house keeping! Not much parking especially when you arrive around between 8pm to later time

Lot of noise from construction. Other than that, everything was excellent.

Me gustó mucho los desayunos súper recomendados ,las vistas del hotel son increíbles por lo menos la del piso 25 ,la atención fue buena
-
Very beautiful hotel with view . Only thing I didn’t like was the daily parking fee and resort fee when I was at the beach never went to the pool and the parking was dumb to pay and it you leave the garage might get full and they say it’s “ first come first serve “ type of situation. Really unfair

Renovations were occuring throughout the hotel (very needed) and this was not communicated to us when booking.
-
Bathroom was not great.
-
Great hotel is an excellent location
-
The hotel is nice but does need some updating. The service in the Splash Bar was slow.
-
The location was excellent. We were only walking as transport, and being so central made everything very easy. The Ocean View room was also excellent, great view and beautiful renovated room. Our first room was very noisey from the neighbouring room, however once staff were notified, the hotel quickly moved us to a new room.

Great family trip. Hotel staff is friendly, hotel is clean. The hotel is positioned close to everything very convenient.
