Great hotel! Beautiful view! Loved the staff. We even got a little anniversary gift.

Room has a coffee maker, hairdryer, frig and safe. There are no toiletries like cotton swabs, razors, shower caps ... just a bar of soap and the shampoo, conditioner & body wash attached to the wall - had a musky woodsy scent - not my favorite. We have Bonvoy Gold and Hotels.com Platinum and got Zero upgrades bc they said they were fully booked. I looked on hotels.com and could book the upgraded room for the exact dates I needed. Basicly they don't want to give you an upgrade. I asked for a microwave and they wanted to charge me $25 for the week. I asked if they would comp it since I didn't get any upgrades. The lady at the front desk said no. I had 4 rooms for 5 nights and come back to this hotel every year for a family reunion. After I told them I probably wouldn't return - the front desk called and said the manager said she'd comp the microwave. The nice thing is that with Bonvoy Gold you can borrow beach chairs to use. The pool hours are like 8am to 7pm, not long enough. The only amenity we used was the lei making. It's a $40 a night charge for amenities so I wish we had used more. I wish this was included in the hotels.com price. We were on the 12th floor with a partial ocean view and could hear the airconditioning units on the surrounding buildings on the balcony - so we rarely enjoyed the balcony

Do not expect valet parking. They only have self park in a garage they share with another hotel. We were lucky to get a space after driving around a completely full garage several times. No idea where we could have parked otherwise in Waikiki! No elevator that is easily accessed or even found. We had to lug luggage down 3 flights of stairs. Going up was worse, I had to leave my husband with the luggage, climb the steep fairly dirty stairs and then drive down, illegally double park to get him and luggage inside.

Loved our stay at the Sheraton Princess. The room was clean and updated. The pool was really nice as well. The restaurant has really great food as well. A lot of places to eat near by as well. The beach is like a 4 minute walk. Would definitely stay here again.
