There wasn’t a thing I didn’t like about the outriggers hotel!!!

Near target Staff are rude , unhelpful and lack of respect and very small bath room

My 1st room was dirty, 2nd room had a blower machine, 3rd room a/c issues and last room had poor shower pressure. I was here only 2 days

We went in the middle of a storm and everything was still well maintained didn’t get to use too much of the amenities. It was a bit hot, but they were no electric and the corridors. But overall, it was a very good experience will go again.

Excellent hotel! The customer service was outstanding, and everything was very clean and well maintained. The location is also perfect—very convenient and close to everything. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Everything in it.

Location, service of staff was exceptional. Everything was great. It wpuld be nive if there was a bar at the hotel.

The hotel is in a very convenient location for local transport with many restaurants nearby plus short distance to Target, supermarket and the International Market. About a 7 minute walk to the Blue Note at Outrigger on the beach which showcase regularly international and local artists. Staff are friendly and accommodating in particular the doormen at the bell desk. We arrived around midday and as my sister has been unwell we asked if early checkin was available. It was if we wanted to pay $89US. I thought that price was a bit unfair. Obviously we declined. We checked out at 8.15 in the morning so to me that’s an advantage for the hotel.

From the time I arrived with my Daughter, Outrigger offered us an incredible experience. Jessie at the front desk checked us in and was very personable. She gave us some great ideas for hikes, and some other adventures. The pool/ hot tub was nice and not overcrowded when we stayed. Housekeeping Xi Li took care of our rooms when we were away. I’d gladly stay at this property again as the location is also wonderful!

We had a king room. Which was very spacious and clean. Lots of storage to unpack our suitcases into. Great location, close to everything. The shower was small but ok. The bathroom only had shampoo no conditioner and when you have long hair you can’t do without that.
