Clean room, close to the beach, lots of shopping around and easy parking. Noticed at other hotels many people had to wait for all the people to cross before turning in. Cant wait to come back

Overall, a decent stay and staff that I encountered were all friendly. Room size was good and bed was comfortable. Cons are that walls were quite thin. Every time my neighbour would leave, the shutting of their door would shake the walls. I was able to hear the water pipes all night long. Despite resort fee there were no beach chairs or umbrellas for guest use. Virtually no balcony space in the room I was in. My friends’ room had a balcony but was only enough to fit a single chair.

The location is fantastic. NOT on the beach, but close enough to walk.Area was great, restaurants were great but they seem to have a housekeeping problem. We had to ask 3 times in 7 days for housekeeping.Maybe this was a temporary thing, maybe not. Many stores and restaurants very close by.No need to rent a car.Pool area was really appealing.Very enjoyable stay.

El baño muy paueño y los colchones incomodos

Okay. The parking was pricier than other hotels in the area, and only had two handicapped spaces. As I had two severely autistic children with me, walking to our car was very dangerous with cars speeding around turns in the small garage. Staff seem disengaged from their job roles. Breakfast was limited choices my sons could not eat. The pizza restaurant had just okay food, nothing special. A bit disappointed over all.

As for the our room, it was upgraded (VIP Expedia customer) it was great, so was the gym, it was a big gym and the equipment was pretty up to date, my grandkids loved the pool, jacuzzi, cabanas, towels on site. Though, the front desk didn’t pick up the phone when we called from our room, I called 3 times, We wanted more towels sent to our room, we used the hotel towels at the beach. House keeping did not respond too, we had to go down from our floor, which was the 18th floor and wait in line to ask for more towels.

We always stay here it is so clean. The staff are all nice. Helen was our cleaning lady so kind always asked if we needed anything. Bell hop guys were always greeting us.
-
The pool and hot tub area are very nice. The only down side was that they didn't have a restaurant and no bar by the pool. We will definitely stay they again.

This hotel is very close to lots of shopping, and right across the street from an ABC store. It’s very clean and the staff was super nice and helpful.

Shower very small. Sink did not drain well.

We were not flying till the evening and Angie on reception was really helpful in letting us have a late checkout and store our luggage etc.

The hotel was centrally located and staff were friendly. It was only a block from beach and Duke’s. I would definitely stay there again. Great value.

Good bed, but lumpy pillows. Great breakfast next door, great staff, great pool. Tiny cute balcony.

Right in the middle of Waikīkī, 5 min walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Loved it would book again. Only thing is parking is 50$ a night so we did street parking. We would leave early in the morning and return by 6 the latest to find parking. Furthest I found was a mile walk while most days was a 5 min walk.
