Nice property in a fantastic location. Maybe a little dated but not awful. Small shower. Overall I’d return for a short stay.

Two times the closet leaked and soaked my backpacks, shoes and other items. After the second time I would think that I would receive some sort of compensation or moved me to another room. I had to put all items on the balcony for a couple of days to dry out. Also the bed in room 630 needs to be looked at - it slants to the right while sleeping.

I stayed on the 19th floor. The view was amazing! The stay was amazing!

Room was by the elevators so quite noisy and could hear neighbor making lots of noise with doors and closet. Walls very thin. Avoid rooms near elevator or any exit doors.

There is an easy-to-miss filtered water dispenser just up the stairs to the left when entering from the garage...we are guessing this one has a better chance of showing a "green" status light because it isn't used as much as the other ones (which didn't have green when we were looking.)

We requested a king bed for the last night of our honeymoon and were “upgraded” to a room with two doubles, without any option to get the king size bed we had booked.

EVERYTHING IS JUST PERFECT.

Every detail at the Outrigger Paradise was perfect. We couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay.

Recently remodeled tourist class hotel in the heart of Waikiki. Some rooms have partial ocean view. Staff are friendly. Room is well maintain & clean. Decent swimming pool & spa & gym equipment. International Market place, Target , super market are 1 minute away. Bus stop is just across the street. 5 min walk to the beach. Locally owned food trucks are few mins away !! Been staying here in my past few visits !!

The staff was super friendly and helpful with anything we needed. The room was very clean and nice as well.

The room is clean and the staff very helpful

It was a great trip. I don’t like housekeeping coming in my room and I slept in every day. The hotel sent security and a manager to my door. I opened the door and they just said, “oh okay” and then walked away. I assume it was a welfare check which is kind, but like tell me what it’s for when you come to my room like that. It was odd. That being said, I will definitely be staying here again.

Friendly service for a Kamaaina stay-cation.

The room we received was nothing like the advertised photo represented. Air conditioner made noises our first and second nights there and the final night the hallway and other areas smelled. Called guest services but nothing was done.
