The Walk-Up Waikiki Beach

Lovely place. Made me want to stay longer.

From the outset, this was an incredibly positive experience. We booked last-minute due to an issue with our original accommodations, and we couldn’t have been happier with how things worked out. Communication and response time were practically instantaneous, and the entry process was easy to understand and navigate. The accommodations were absolutely perfect and exactly as described—clean, new, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed. The beds were very comfortable, the AC worked great, and everything from the teapot to the peaceful patio was clearly well thought out and much appreciated. It truly was the icing on the cake for our vacation. The location is absolutely perfect! I cannot say enough good things about this property. To set expectations, this is not a resort by any means, but if you’re looking for a clean, new, comfortable, and well-appointed apartment in a fantastic location, this place will not disappoint. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great stay for the price! The modern aesthetic matched the photos exactly, and the location was excellent—just two blocks from the beach with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The staff was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I'd definitely recommend it.

Great apartment/room. Location was great. 2 blocks from the beach. Half a block from food and live entertainment. Would definitely book again based on the location of the property. There is something being built directly across the street. It starts at 5am during the week. You can hear everything in this facility from the late night partying, cars going up and down the street, and the early morning work crews. But I love the location. No facility amenities at all. The unit itself is great. I would definitely book again.

The walkability to food/entertainment/shopping. Very prime location! The construction directly across the street was extremely loud. Insulation isn’t great to block noises from the outside. Construction began at 0500 usually and there was no chance sleeping after that. Then lasted all day till about 1700.

I had a great stay at The Walk Up! The location was one of the best parts it's within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shops, and convenience stores. The room was clean and had updated appliances, which made the stay feel modern and comfortable. It was the perfect place to stay if you want easy access to everything!

Renovated property. Nice terrace area. Even though its in a crowded area(right next to Waikiki beach), very secure. You have to park the vehicles very carefully as the space is congested. Laundry appliances were available which is great but it needed coins. It was hard to find coins.

Great location and great place to stay. Lots of construction around but will be nice once completed. Felt more like an ABnB.

Loved the room. Very up to date and great water pressure. Excellent location with an easy walk to the beach and food locating. The floors were still dirty leaving our feet dirty. Would recommend at least two towels per person as well

We absolutely loved our stay at Walk Up Waikiki! The location was perfect — close enough to Waikiki Beach that we could easily walk over and enjoy everything the area has to offer, but just far enough away to escape the constant foot traffic and noise when we wanted to relax. The place had such a comfortable, welcoming feel and was the perfect home base for our trip. We loved being able to explore during the day and come back to a peaceful spot where we could unwind. The convenience, atmosphere, and overall experience made our stay even more enjoyable. It really gave us the best of both worlds — easy access to the excitement of Waikiki while still having a little retreat to come back to. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend Walk Up Waikiki for anyone looking for a great location and a relaxing place to stay!

Only small details, but the toilet paper holder was broken and the toilet seat was loose. Otherwise, a great, affordable place to stay!

This place overall was okay and fair for the price I paid. There was quite a lot of commotion, noise , and maybe Cops called on one of my nights there. Othet nights noise from the road/ construction across the street early in the morning (6am) were not great

Larkin was tricky, if you stay in a balcony, you do not have parking included. Only for the Terrace. I was able to pay extra to park in the reserved parking, but was told if someone else in a terrace needed it, I would have to move.
