Everything about the hotel was great. It was clean, great air conditioning, and the location was prime. The only issue was the shower. It didn't have a door, only a curtain and water was going all over the floor. It was an annoyance to keep the floor dry. Oh, the standard room size is perfect size for 2-3 people...a little tight for 4 adults.

The location is perfect, and the breakfast is poor and not good value for money. One out of the four lifts was broken during our stay. This led to frustrating 5-minute wait times just to go up and down. Management didn’t seem to care.

The rooms each have a refrigerator and microwave. The hotel was so nice in letting me have a late departure for a nominal fee.

Amazing location! Overall nice hotel. Perfect for our stay before and after our cruise.

This hotel is in the center of everything, which we loved, only downside it does have a steep parking cost and we did have a rental car for a few days, but otherwise all great.

Great hotel overall, great service, beach towels you can borrow. Super close to the beach and right across the Target.

No sink in bathroom. No help while checking out at night

Clean and modern rooms, hotel is in walking distance to International Market Place. Helpful and cheerful staff.

Close to the beach and easy to walk around

Every thing was lovely only a few things that would have made the stay a bit better was if they offered self parking and also my shower was leaking water from the bottom seal so floor was 1/2 way covered in water.
